Item took over 3 weeks (yes, 3 weeks!) to arrive from Argos. Receiving the CashBack also took a very long time (fault of Argos, not Top CashBack.) But the item I purchased is excellent. 3/10.

Vase broken when delivered packed with little packing, told by argos to stay in anouther day 7am-6pm no delivery,
not reliable.

Just a tip - might be worth checking if the item you want is also available from Homebase as they often offer better cashback. I did this with an order for lighting. They are both part of the the same group.

Extreemly angry at Argos regarding a cashback claim. It was a 'collect in store' cashback offer where you had to enter in a code from the receipt to get your cash back. After asking Topcashback to chase Argos up, 11 months after the transaction took place I am told that Argos say ""enquiry unsuccessful - Order/Reference ID is invalid".
Very pleased with Topcashback's help, but I strongly recomend never using Argos for cashback as they don't deliver!

Cash back registered and I then input the receipt number etc as requested but cash back confirmed and paid at £0.00 yes nil, zero, nothing, zilch.

Spent over £1,000 on bedroom furniture and waited 2 months and 3 out of 7 itmes delivered damaged. Impossible to get through to Argos on phone - kept on hold for 35 mins then I hung up (several attempts). Eventually offered £50.00 goodwill payment. Terrible customer services, asked someone from Resolutions Team to call me and he was surly, and basically said take it or leave it. Would never deal with them again. Cashback went to 0 but Topcashback did chase it for me and get it paid.

I totally agree with jockeysprings comments below. Argos is the only company where a transaction 'can't be traced'. I have the payment details, credit card statement and the order number. Argos even had to deliver the furniture to my door and left a delivery note, and still they won't pay the cashback due!! I'll never buy from Argos again. Avoid, you've been warned!!!

Spent just short of £240 with Argos did everything correct at my end but Argos are saying that they have no record of transaction Funnily enough they probably have a log of order as I recieved my goods and they probably have a log of payment as my card was debited what more do they need?
It has made me wary of using them again. Looking at other comments im in the majority of people who havent recieved cashback Be warned!!!!

AWFUL Experience, Do not buy from Argos. They do not pay the cashback earned. I raised a manual claim over a year ago and still nothing, despite Argos actually delivering the furniture to my door. AVOID!!!

was delighted with the product's ordered,the quick delivery slot given and of course the extra cash back of over £40 simply by applying a discount code.
overall 100% satisfied and will have no hesitation in using again through the top cash back site.
