I only purchased from Argos because with topcashback they are cheaper. I didn't get any cash-back because the process is so complex. I love topcashback and how it works but I don't understand why Argod doesn't use the same process as the other shops/sites. We all know Argos is best avoided.

5 stars for eveything except delivery as item was not put on the van on the scheduled delivery date. It would be helpful if they could give you a delivery time slot so people need not waste all day waiting for a delivery

Took 3 months to get my cash back!.. i spend £500 so this was a lot of cashback that i thought i might loose!... very bad!.. although the product was perfect!.. cashback just not good! x

Too much work to get 50p or so for the transaction. I did reserve via TCB and purchase the item. Then they wanted me to come an enter a whole lot of numbers. As I had purchased multiple items over a period of 3days, I had no clue as to what numbers to which tracked transaction and just gave up! I'm sure someone has my (n x 50p) Cash back. Merry Christmas!

I followed the rules for the cashback claim but it was rejected by Argos. As its only 50p I have no motivation to claim, wouldn't use them again.

Although I purchased an item a year ago (and still have it) and chased cashback from time of purchase, they have refused cashback as I apparently returned or cancelled the item. Obviously one I will avoid in future.
