Merchant notes, says... Cashback not paid on reserve and collect unless specifically stated. then in another line it says.. On card cashback is available on Reserve and Collect Orders, which one is it?

Bought a treadmill, received and working fine. Argos claim I didn't order it and that I am not entitled to my cashback. Was cheaper else where with out the cashback. Won't be falling for that one again, won't be shopping with Argos.

This is my first on card cashback transaction and so far has not tracked after two weeks. I have raised a claim and now I'm being asked to upload receipt which is a pain. Not satisfied as the on card cashback scheme has too many hidden get outs, e.g you have to continually opt in to receive it and even after all this, as in my experience is doesn't even track. Too much hassle for me.

Bought an xbox one from Argos where Topcashback was offering £40.40 cashback. Happy with this but it didn't track. Shame! Submitted a claim - quick response from Topcashback after they contacted Argos to query it and now within 14 days of me submitting the claim to Topcashback, the cashback has been confirmed and I have selected a M&S e-gift card as payment. VERY HAPPY! Thanks to both Topcashback and Argos - I will be buying some lovely food from M&S.

Never had a problem with argos until now! They was offering higher cash back on click and collect purchases which is the only reason I did it this way as usually I would have home delivery and failed to track have since raised a claim only to be told it has declined with no explanation! Very disappointed this time :(

I have bought a few things from Argos and always got the cashback within a reasonable period. Never had to raise a ticket. Had an issue with one of the items but sorted this with Argos without affecting the cashback process.
