I would normally have just gone straight to Argos but my sister said to order online via the Topcashback site, and so not only was my order waiting for me but I earned cashback aswell! Fab win-win situation!

Argos website simply not accepting orders from a significant proportion of customers, and from their twitter account looks like most of them are trying to buy through TCB or another well known cashback site. Poor show, Argos!

I rated the experiance a 3 as the delivery company damaged the item and were rude. Did advise argos but they never got back to me re the behaviour but did replace item. The cashback based on what l spent was rather low and l have had to put a claim in everytime l buy as l always experiance Argos website issues so nothing tracks.

Despite receiving confirmation of delivery date and Argos taking immediate payment, 2 days before delivery I got a call saying there was no stock and I would be called in 5 days with an update - the following day their website was updated with delivery FROM 21 days. Not acceptable. Cancelling was no problem but it took them 7 days to refund my payment. Having said that, Top Cashback tracked quickly but I will never know how soon they would have paid out!

I decided which camera i wanted £££ and although Argos wasn`t the cheapest, the cashback made it the best deal. I used the reserve and collect cashback option. But the cashback was never paid. I have now raised two enquires with Topcashback and although they are very helpful, Argos will not pay. I have submitted my receipt info and it should be a cast iron payer. But Argos remain difficult.

It took Argos a full year to decide they were going to refuse to pay out on a cooker I purchased as they claim they had no record of the transaction. Total rubbish of course, I have the receipt (and cooker) to prove it!
Point blank refusing to pay out and TCB say they can't do anything more to help. Wouldn't use them again after that, terrible service

Argos have never paid cashback without it being chased up (just realised I didn't get cashback on a purchase of over £600, but it's too late to claim now). So BUYER BEWARE... if you order from Argos, always check your cashback because you're unlikely to receive it without following it up.

Cashback Tracked every time I made a small purchase. But when I made a purchase for over £800 it failed to track. I should have got nearly £40 cashback but got nothing. Funny enough it tracks when the cashback value is under £1. Not happy.

Have spent hundreds on cashback qualifying purchases with argos and homebase (who for those of you who dont know are the same company)they have NEVER paid out :( will shop around and buy from merchants who honour their cashback commitments rather than buy from either of those two.
