Never tracked my gas oven purchase. Product was awful to start with, repaired once by their serviceman. However, it was a really bad product. Made a claim, no response for more than 3-4 months. After several nudges, TCB team updated the case stating they refused to pay without any reason. I suspect they won't pay big cashbacks, that's the only reason I could think of. "AVOID" is my advice.

Very slow. Been waiting 5 months now. All for 21p. Very slow. Wouldn't rely on Argos for a big flashback payment guys.

I purchased, paid and collected everything as usual through the TCB link to Argos, but they tracked then confirmed my cashback at zero. I made a claim for missing cashback, but TCB said Argos have declined my cashback, without giving a reason. Very disappointed with Argos!

DO NOT use argos through top cashback. it said 4.2% cashback on the item I purchased which was £89.99 minus the vat and delivery charge (because you can't click and collect so argos pocket another £3.95 out of you) I worked my cashback out to be over £3 instead I got £1.41. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

online purchase of £280 on 4/1/14 did not track at all, had to submit manual claim and here we are 10 weeks later and my claim just says 'waiting for merchant'

Absolutely won't buy from Argos through Top Cash Back again they never give ccash back. I could have purchased something cheaper but with the Cashback it worked out cheaper to buy from Argos. Silly me I ended up paying more.

Do not use the click and collect cashback offers. I spent £320 using this and Argos declined the cashback - avoid like the plague!!

Despite making the purchase as required I then had to chase this through a claim and nudges for ten months, before being told that my claim had been declined. Argos has a very poor attitude to cashback and so I won't use this merchant again or recommend to others.

Argos didn't pay me the cashback I was due. I opened a support ticket and it took over eight months to decide they weren't going to pay it! Not recommended

Expend £500 and order was not tracked, raised missing cashback and it was declined. I gave them all the information, never buying with Argos anymore. Shame on you Argos.

Seems not all products are included in Cashback. For example, Home Furnishings does not include large Kitchen Appliances (e.g. Washers, Dryers etc), so take note.

Purchased over a year ago on reserved for collection. Cashback tracked but then disappeared and though claim was promptly lodged it has taken argos nearly a year before they refused the claim with no reason given

Topcashback service regarding missing cashback claim was excellent, but merchant declined genuine transaction after many months altho unable/unwilling to give reason. I won't be using them again

Cash back not tracked for two purchases as collected rather than had delivery. This was not clear at the time of purchase. Annoying company to deal with.

Tried to report a problem with my account, they blamed TCB. I then told them it happens even when I don't use TCB yet they ignore this & apologise for the problems I'm having with TCB. There is no problems with TCB, it's the Argos site that has the issues.

Transaction not tracked and with everything going on in my life I forogt about it! Because Topcash only let you go back 100 days I lost out, so partly my fault but why not tracked in the first place? I hate it when you have to chase transactions up, not the first time it's happened either.
