	Cashback never tracked. Delivered me something that was broken. Instead of exchanging it I had to return that order and resubmit another. Cancelled other order as was taking to long and despite this they still tried to deliver it to me. I will never be using this company again!

	Be VERY careful with this company. Understand what you're getting into. This is not a retailer. It's a FINANCE company. They are selling credit basically and providing credit for manufacturers and retailers. Some of their business practices are highly dubious and unethical to say the least (as I discovered to my cost). For example, offering "Buy Now, Pay Later in 12 months" but without any clear payment agreement in place and with confusing statements. If you're even one day late paying (and you probably will be late unless you're very organised), they hit you with an "interest charge fee" which amounts to a staggering 48% of the purchase price, plus a £12 late payment fee, plus monthly interest on the balance. You can quickly find yourself in debt with this company if you're not careful. I'd avoid at all costs. As the old saying goes..if something looks too good to be true, it generally is.

	Have made 3 orders and none of them have tracked. Currently waiting on Topcashback but that will most likely take forever.

	Bought a dishwasher in October, it didn't track and is still pending response from retailer. Poor cash back experience and definitely wouldnt use them again.

	This company keeps offering discounts but when I try to use them online the code comes up as invalid which means I have to phone the order in and lose my cashback. When I mention the cashback to customer services they respond by saying "It's got nothing to do with me and you are not going to get it as it's not my problem". They are about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. I suggest we treat Very the same way as they treat us and tell them to shove their products up their backsite.

	Bought loads of items from very in December 2010 and beginning jan 2011 - spent over £2000. Non of my transactions tracked and 7 months later I am still waiting for a response on cashback. Customer services at very was very poor - they 'lost' some of my orders on their system and it took 2 months of back and forth before being resolved. If you are buying a small quantity they may be ok, but I would advise to not use them if you are placing large orders. Won't be using Very again. Disgraceful service, non existant cashback. Very poor!!

	Based on my experience and others with this merchant relating to cashback...don't waste your time. No payout & not expecting any now. Over a year has passed with repeated nudges. I really think that Topcashback should remove these merchants from the site.

	I've just spent hours submitting claims for sales that never tracked - even though i know they will never pay and Topcashback won't act against them.

	Quick to track although after 3 months went to £0, so no cashback received! Seems a lot of large companies think they can get away with advertising a rate of cashback and then after 100 days declining it (no claim can be submitted after 100 days!) They may not be stupid, but neither am I! They won't be receiving my business again, nor any other company affliated to them!

	DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS!! Cash back amount was zero and they won't pay up. They owe me £20 and they have conveniently lost my transaction number.

	Ordered and expected over £3 cashback, item tracked at 48p. I have set up a claim with TC so will update if ANYTHING happens.

	Members be aware: I went through TC to Very in November 2013 and purchased £75 worth of items as a new customer and as it was not made clear on the website at the time of purchase, I used the Very new customer one time only voucher code so that I could get £15 off goods for £75 and over thinking that I was still entitled to my cashback for clicking through to the merchant because all new Very customers are entitled to use new customer voucher codes approved by Very. I had to do a manual claim for cashback and constantly had to chase this up. After 7 months of hassle I was informed today that my cashback was declined because I used my new Very voucher code which I was offered as a new customer at the time of purchase. I telephoned customer services and they told me that it should be made clear on Top Cashback that you cannot receive cashback AND use your new customer voucher code when making a purchase it is one or the other!

	I shopped with Very in November 2013 and to this day I am still trying to chase up the manual claim for cashback not being tracked and declined for no apparent reason. I was a new customer - spent a lot of money on my first purchase and I did not use any unauthorised voucher codes. I have had to chase this up so many times that I am now having to complain directly to Very to try to get the cashback that I am owed.

	Not happy with this Retailer at all... I made TWO separate purchases, one beginning of April for £69 and the other a month later for £599 ..... despite my due diligence, it seemsI am not getting any Cashback on either of my purchases because they didn't track.. even though I was VERY careful (no pun intended!) making sure I had cleared cookies etc etc... I wouldnt mind but they both for fairly large amounts... and also I took 'screen grabs' as PROOF that the transaction had taken place.... I have written to TCB/lodged a ticket but despite me saying this they don't seem interested/have not asked to see the screen grab I took as proof of what I was claiming. Not happy as I spent quite a bit of money & wasn't expecting such an outcome... esp as they are not even requesting to see my 'proof' of purchase.

	Beware large amount orders do not track on Very - i have placed 2 orders over £200 in the last 12 months and both did not track - Very state i have used another site - funny i only ever use Topcashback !!

	Don't ever purchase from Very if you are wanting any cashback. I purchased an item from them at the end of last year and I still do not have the cashback! If they are not going to pay out the cashback promised then they shouldn't be allowed to advertise cashback on the Topcashback site.
