	Cashback never tracked. Delivered me something that was broken. Instead of exchanging it I had to return that order and resubmit another. Cancelled other order as was taking to long and despite this they still tried to deliver it to me. I will never be using this company again!

	Got a dress for a friend. Cashback tracked quickly. However, expecting cashback to become payable hardly in a couple of months, according to statistics. I wouldn't mind a higher rate of cashback for returning customers too, as the higher the cashback in general, the bigger the chance of having more returning customers. Sometimes I buys things I normally wouldn't have, had there been no or almost no cashback.

	Very are a good online place to shop. They have a wide range but can be a little pricey. but they do make up for it in good offers.

	Be VERY careful with this company. Understand what you're getting into. This is not a retailer. It's a FINANCE company. They are selling credit basically and providing credit for manufacturers and retailers. Some of their business practices are highly dubious and unethical to say the least (as I discovered to my cost). For example, offering "Buy Now, Pay Later in 12 months" but without any clear payment agreement in place and with confusing statements. If you're even one day late paying (and you probably will be late unless you're very organised), they hit you with an "interest charge fee" which amounts to a staggering 48% of the purchase price, plus a £12 late payment fee, plus monthly interest on the balance. You can quickly find yourself in debt with this company if you're not careful. I'd avoid at all costs. As the old saying goes..if something looks too good to be true, it generally is.

	Although the cashback shows and you get your goods the next day in most cases, the cash back takes a very long time to come through - but I guess money back is a bonus anyway so dont mind the wait

	Very disappointed with VERY with regards to the cash back. Brought a sim free mobile phone in Dec 2009. The cash back tracked very quickly, but then after quite a while showed ZERO as payable. Submitted a cash back claim through top cash back. They have now replied saying that VERY cannot find details of the transaction. VERY seems to pay cash back on smaller priced items, however they seem to pay ZERO cash back on larger purchases

	Bought a dishwasher in October, it didn't track and is still pending response from retailer. Poor cash back experience and definitely wouldnt use them again.

	casback recieved was less then postage and packaging paid for items, but I would still have had to pay P&P if I have bought direct.
