	One to avoid in future for purchases...bought a new tv at extra cashback offered, should have been over £17 due, but initially tracked at £2.61, then replaced by zero, lodged a complaint and surprise surprise no cashback due as tbc were not the last referrer, funny considering very was the 1st and only place i went to that day, totally bogus and beginning to get frustrated with the amount of non honored cashback's. no more purchases from me :((

	VERY POOR CASHBACK. Every time I have brought from them the cashback has never appeared. I have always had to lodge a Missing Cashback Claim and its always come back as declined. I don't have cashback problems with any other merchant. I will not be buying from Very any more.

	Don't use if you are a new customer, they refused to pay cash back because Topcashback was not the last referral, I can only assume this was because the transaction did not process straightaway due to having to register. It took 3 months to explain why the claim was refused. I will not be using Very again, this is the first time I have had cashback refused during the last two years.

	My purchase initially tracked at a much lower rate than expected. When I raised a claim, this was refused as they didn't believe that Topcashback was the referral mechanism. And now the initial lower amount has been removed from my account too. The customer service from Very was appalling and didn't resolve the payment issue I had with them. I will never use them again and would advise you not to either!

	Very disappointed with Very, Purchased an Imac expecting about £9 cashback and it didn't track. I raised a missing claim which has now been rejected. It appears that a lot of missing claims are being rejected for no apparent reason?

	I am a frequent user of Very but notice that several of my purchases which track okay are then declined later, no idea why, never had this problem before.

	This is only rated 5 so it appears at the top of the reviews! I WOULD NOT use Very again. 4 years later, I still don't have my cashback and have given up!
