Trainline - Didn't Track, order £64 so cashback due was £0.96 so I can't even Claim Missing Commission.

fast ticket machine at station didn't work.station ticket office wouldn't give me the ticket so I got on the train without a ticket but with my online booking ref No. Conductor tried to give me a penalty charge!! Chiltern Railways- poor online booking system. Trainline.com -ok

Fast tracking, although if you are actually looking to pay for tickets for yourself I'd suggest using www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com - it's free with no fees. Train line charges collection and payment fees - only worth doing the cashback if claiming on expenses or something!

was pleased that the cash back was tracked so quick, but unless your are buying more costly tickets,it wasnt realy worth using top cash back as had to pay £1 postage, to receive the tickets
