Cashback consistently doesn't happen. (As it says, statistics are not accurate because cashback values are low, i.e. enquiries not processed.)

A recent review states "The easiest and cheapest way to buy train tickets".
I am tired of retailers such as the trainline adding spurious Ryanair-esque charges such as booking fees and excessive Ryanair-esque charges such as credit card charges, for which the cashback is negligible compensation.

Very quick. Tickets in 2 hours if you use the machine at the station, next day if you have them posted. Excellent customer service if you have a problem or query. Will definately use again.
