Low rate (and note Trainline add a small charge to fares), but good website, tickets arrived promptly, tracked quickly. Taking some time for confirmation/ payment to come through, but that's not unusual in my experience.

I have carried out 5 transactions through the trainline and only 2 have resulted in cash back so far. Be very careful about the value of your tickets, it has to be OVER £ 25 before they pay out.
