The site is easy to use and the tickets were delivered immediately, however getting the cashback was a problem. I have had to raise a claim to get the cashback.

I wanted to book in advance with thetrainline, for my daughters hen night in London. The site was easy to understand, I could get either earlier or later trains to suit my timetable and I found the return prices very reasonable & within my budget. I was also impressed by how quickly my tickets arrived by first class post, as this was the option I picked. I have no hesitation in recommending thetrainline to anyone.

Low rate (and note Trainline add a small charge to fares), but good website, tickets arrived promptly, tracked quickly. Taking some time for confirmation/ payment to come through, but that's not unusual in my experience.
