I regularly use this website for my train tickets and therefore it would be foolish not to get cashback on the purchase. However, the % could be improved.

BEEN USING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS ONLY HAD TWO PROBLEMS, ONE GOT RESOLVED AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS OF CHASING AND ONE WAS NEVER RECORDED BY TCB, NONETHELESS CONSIDERING THE NUMBRE OF TIMES IVE USED THIS, I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND IT

Cashback shown for weeks then changed to zero. Don't trust trainline!
This has just happened to me too, can't think why after showing a massive 43p for about 2 months suddenly becomes payable as £0.00 - deinitely bought and paid for my ticket, so will now used other better value booking agents.

the fees charged by trainline override the cashback. Much better off using TransPennine Express who don't charge.
*most train operators allow you to buy tickets for any part of the network.

Bought tcket well in advance, tracked fine even though it was for a tiny amount compared to cost of ticket. Has just become payable and has been reduced to ZERO by the Trainline - no idea or explanation why, really won't bother using them again, can get tickets at a better price via other sources, especially if they won't honour their very miserly cashback deal anyway.
