It has been 11 months of a claim where I was paid £30 instead of the new joiner £150 and today have received an email to say I won't be getting it as not deemed eligible. Thanks a lot. Sky fees have increased. Tempted to actually cancel my subscription as service is awful.

We signed up for sky via topcashback around May 2012 expecting to receive £100. While it tracked it never converted to payable and we have just (over a year and a bit later!) been told it will now never be paid after a most long winded and drawn out support process. They will try to tell you there is a 'valid' reason but this rather bland get out of jail statement is never backed up with any detail. A sorry experience and the channels were in our opinion not worth the money but especially so without the cashback. - avoid!!

Absolute RUBBISH! Waited 20 months for my Cashback claim from Sky only for it to be declined for no relevant reason. Sky is an expensive package and the price goes up and up and up month after month. What little benefit there is signing up no longer exists so I wouldn't bother if I were you. Better TV, Phone and Broadband suppliers out there and you won't get your cashback.

Be very careful with this retailer as it has taken months for them to come back decining cashback despite the fact the whole transaction is very well documented. TCB customer service was completely weedy when it came to standing up for the customer.

Absolutely terrible experience from both TCB and SKY. I was forced to go with sky as I couldn't get Virgin. My friend suggested this site as it would help me get some money back and save, as well as afford the bills. After reading the reviews it appears im not the only one thats STILL WAITING for my cashback and had such poor service and an intermitting service that I'm now having to folk out to leave my contract. THIS SITE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

Quite simply the worst experience I've had with cashback. Became a customer and while cashback shoudn't be a factor, at £100+ its very hard no to factor this in. Now Sky free and loving it no massive bills and voted with my feet. Appaling customer service and would not recommend, there's plenty to watch on freesat and blinkbox.

Tracked for £50, then rejected without any explanation. After 8 months now, rejected the claim as well without any explanation.. Absolute scam.. Legal action should be against this retailer to fool customers..

Im yet another person who has been told they didnt qualify for the cashback. I followed all the steps to qualify and now 3 months later get told im not getting paid out.. £125 declined by Sky.. suppose they had to make sure I was tied into the contract before telling me I wasnt getting paid out.. S-O-B's

Over a year of chasing and finally declined. Tracked fine and definately provided the right details on upgrade. Very disappointed - just didn't deliver what was promised.

Been months since purchase Sky, poor service from them as package we signed up for changed after a few months and we were required to upgrade, so stuck with a 12 month contract. Also still waiting for cash back disappointed on both fronts - very poor service.

Warning all, noticed that my transaction wasn't tracked on here and when I thought about flagging it up, there was an additional caveat NOT stated until I wanted to nudge (if it is i can't see it). If you get installed by a third company (you don't get a choice with this) you will NOT get any cash back. A little underhand and may will affect my decision to renew.

I wouldn't touch sky again, they entice you in with cash back offers with no intention to pay out. I have waited nearly a year and they finally come back saying declined transaction!!!!!!!!! I will be finding another provider with immediate affect! Try other providers first!

Signed up for 12-month broadband package expecting £90 cashback, which should have become payable within 2 - 3 months. The claim tracked correctly and then was declined at 'payable' stage. I lodged a claim but after almost 6 months of waiting and despite trying to sort through Sky directly and Top Cahshback, the claim has been declined again. I only signed up to Sky Broadband on account of the cashback offer. I have had almost £600 of successful cashback transactions in the last two years, and this is the first and only time I have been declined, despite meeting all of the requirements for this offer. I will never ever purchase a Sky product again and would strongly discourage others from doing the same. I would not recommend using Top Cashback to make a pruchase with Sky to anyone. Sky - please sort this out!!!!

Last Year I took out a sky bundle with the promise that the cash back was going to be £85. Sky have only paid me £20 and that was after opening a case! My case against Sky has been open for nearly a year now and still no reply or correct cash back amount! Bad service, beware!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE...the combination of cashback and m and s vouchers offered (at the time of my purchase)do not exist and seemingly don't work together. TCB make it plain that the m and s vouchers are the responsibility of sky but sky say if TCB offer it they are responsible! SO no win situation for the customer as usual with sky. I have walked away but thankfully printed the TCB and sky conditions so Trading Standards here I come.

Waste of time. Cashback was never paid. I purchased a new sky contract based on getting £90 cashback for the new purchase. After ONE YEAR of chasing top cashback they finally replied to say that they wouldnt be paying despite my account clearly recording the click through to sky.

Allow me to join the chorus of people complaining about Sky's shoddiness and TCB's tardiness in providing cashback in a timely manner. Became a new Sky subscriber on March 5th, waited five months - just slightly longer than the estimated 12 weeks - only for my cashback to become payable... ...and then, for some unknown reason, flagged due to there being "a reporting inconsistency for this transaction," which is, of course, absolute bobbins. If you're reading this before taking up Sky, save yourself the hassle and wasted mouse clicks and just go direct. You've more chance of winning the lottery than receiving any cashback.

Sky scam yet again. Took out broadband and additional tv package both of which were tracked but now both have dropped to xzero when payable. Extremely unhappy .

Went through Topcashback & upgraded my Sky Package in September 2012. I was advised that my Cashback will be paid in 3 Months time but as of today ie 12 June 2013 I am still waiting. Everytime I contact Topcashback I am being told that my Cashback Issue will be resolved soon. Topcashback Customer Service is really good but Sky Overall is really bad...... Beware & Don't expect to receive a Cashback from Sky Soon....

Cashback hasn't been paid still waiting months received the m and s voucher quickly service received with regards product is ok but not great the broadband is very very slow not even 0.5 mg at times and no more than 2mg not really acceptable after complaining twice!! Would be happier if the cashback was actually paid think its another ploy to get people to sign up to a 12 month contract
