4th october and still no cashback. Dont ever believe it will actually arrive in my account. Makes me wonder why i bother clicking through topcashback!!

Never recived cash back for a transaction in 2013 very poor service, Top cash back do not have a comment section for existiting sky customer so i guess they must have a lot of issuuue with them

if there was zero stars thats what i would have given .... oredered sept its now feb and still nothing i didnt even recieve the vouchers i have paid 5 bills and its still showing as confirmed like it was from 1st week oct will def use a different cashback site next time !

Oct 16th claimed cash back- time scale changed to 15 weeks, then as the date got closer when to 26 weeks, then three weeks later when to 17 weeks which was two weeks ago. Don't think I will be seeing his money

ordered end sept / start of oct and still waiting for cashback bearing in mind ive paid 4 or 5 bills and still showing 13 week wait its been confirmed for about 2 months and still nothing wish i had just went straight to sky and at least got the free vouchers they offer and i would have recieved them before christmas !

22 weeks cash back not yet received. Initial offered payment was £98 less than advertised amount. After 4 weeks, £40 offered. After 22 weeks full amount is still in dispute. Very disappointed

When I first signed up for the Sky Broadband deal it stated on Topcashback's site the payout estimate time was 13 weeks, however when it got to 13 weeks it instantly jumped to 25 weeks, so nearly double! It was nearly impossible to contact Topcashback and when I finally managed to raise a ticket I was told it is down to Sky, but Sky are saying it's nothing to do with them as Topcashback are a third party agent! To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I am now going to cancel my contract with Sky Broadband, as this was the only reason I joined them in the first place, and I would strongly recommend anyone to AVOID Topcashback at all costs!

Hi there, if the estimated payment speeds are updated, then we will always update these on our systems so that our members have a realistic time frame, as to when they can expect to receive the cashback. When contacting a merchant directly, they may not always be able to advise regarding the cashback as this is often dealt with by a separate division of the company, but I can confirm that we do need to receive the cashback from the merchant, via their network, before we are able to pass this on to our members. Refused cashback even though I went through link, provided Sky with my Sky account number and everything. Was counting on cashback to make a Sky a viable option with tight household budgets, I know not guaranteed but Sky had no reason to decline cashback

This has been a joke seems to be a majority that are unhappy with the service received. I carried out the transaction back in July and had growing concerns when the payment was taking an age to become confirmed.Questioned topcash back and it finally became confirmed and told it would become payable quickly.When I questioned again I was told would take up to another 8 weeks! If the customer services cant agree on time scales what hope do I have of getting my cash back payed out any time soon.Will not be telling anyone to use this site as it has not been as easy or quick as I was lead to believe by customer services.

Been waiting since February and now it's disappeared from my account altogether. Can't make a claim as it's over 100 days old apparently. Was promised that it would be looked into on two occasions and heard nothing. If someone could help that would be great but it looks like the offer was completely false advertising.

Ordered Sky movies almost a year ago. Still tracking as zero, Attempted to lodge a claim but TBC message states I am unable to do so because it's over 100 days. On this sky package, it states cashback takes at least 6 months.

Appalling... Booked Sky instead of alternatives for £120 cashback (combination of number of items including sports). Sky didn't pay the cashback, so I opened a claim, Sky would not reply to this claim month after month after month, then finally rejected due to "claim being open too long". Absolute joke. On top of that Sky charged for installation that was supposed to be free, and took over 2 months to install broadband. I never received my £120 - every other site I have ever used through TC has tracked fine.

ordered on the 30th march 2014 took ages to confirm and after my 13 weeks estimated time to go to payable im still waiting and its been 18 weeks and still nothing. but fing it shocking you get charged £5 to make a withdrawl request on this site

Hi there, Sometimes, it can take a longer than estimated for the cashback to come through, but please be assured that if this passes the estimates showing on our system by more than 6 weeks, then we will follow this up with the merchants network. I would hope to see the cashback for your transaction come through soon though. In regards to the £5, this will be the yearly admin fee for being a Plus Member, all of our pay-out requests are free. TCB promised "6 months half-price Sky Fibre Unlimited Broadband without TV! Plus £100 M&S voucher!" I never got M&S voucher and Sky support said these offer were "not stackable", so if I got 6 months of 10£ discount I could not get M&S. I believe information on TCB was incorrect and confusing.

Hi there, If the vouchers were advertised then these should have been received via email form Sky alongside your cashback, it is stated within the merchants notes that 'All M&S Vouchers are supplied by Sky not TopCashback, and these will be sent via e-mail after activation of your Sky Package'. I would suggest contacting the merchant again regarding your voucher to see if they are able to advise further regarding this? As previous people have said, waited weeks and weeks for anything to show on my account. Put in a claim, waited weeks and weeks again only to be told that Sky cannot trace the transaction? yet I have a contract with them and they are able to trace direct debit details to take my subscription out each month!! Absolute con!! will be cancelling subscription as soon as I am out of contract. Not good service at all from a company as big as Sky. Do not bother taking a contract with them if the cashback is the thing that is making you choose them over another provider.

Stay clear from top cash back they lie and are awful they promise cash back that never comes! I signed up to sky nov 2013 it's not July 17 2014 and now £105 as promised! They blame sky but sky has confirmed account was set up via top cash back! Poor tcb

Sky are an absolute joke, I had sky installed expecting £155 cashback, I went through the order online but because I live in a flat I was told I couldn't progress further as I had to talk to someone so filled in my number on the contact form, they rang me back and arranged a date for installation, now they are refusing to pay cash back because my order wasn't completed online!!! Also they failed to tell me I wouldn't be able to record 2 programs as with living in a flat there is only one feed. Thieves!
