Brought 27th January - still no cashback. Submitted a Help ticket. TCB said it was only recently confirmed, can I wait a bit longer? So 6 weeks of confirmed status is recent is it?

Dispicable company, despicable customer services, if you do get any cash back it will be downgraded, you will never get your voucher, Any problemss with Sky you will be on the phone for days not just hours.

Have been waiting over 11 months for my cashback now and have still not received anything. It was initially confirmed and after a number of months the amount went to 0.00. A manual cashback claim was raised and has now passed the estimated payable date and still no sign of the money. A quick glance through the comments and reviews shows this is a very common issue, so no idea how they can state a 99% satisfaction rate!

First no acknowledgement; then declined challenge; then they confirmed the right amount, swithced it to half the amount, and I'm still waiting for even that to be paid. Nearly 10 months. I'll just cancel sky and go with someone else at the end of the contract.

We are reliant on the cashback being received from the merchant before we are able to pass this on to yourself, has your transaction passed the estimated payable speed provided on your account? You will be able to view this by going to your Earnings page and selecting to view your 'cashback by date'. Sky has refused my cashback on 3 separate occasions on 3 differing products of theirs. No explanations, it should have totalled well over £250 but received £0....... Be very wary!!

One of the worst cashback customer. I had bought the sky broadband with the cashback for £89 which was has been in tracked state and never moved to payable and today (30/04/2014), they declined it without any reason. Worst cashback payer Sky.

Never got a penny for signing up. Contacted Topcashback regarding no tracking and no payment and got ignored. Total rip-off. If I'd let my friend refer me I would've gotten £75 in vouchers. My advice is to get a sky customer to refer you.

Over 4 months since installation, cashback is tracked and confirmed and still not payable! Argh Oh well at least ive had it half price for a while and I was going to sign up anyway. I did think the cashback was a bit too good to be true....

WARNING********* READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP!************** Dear potential sky subscribers, I am writing this comment based on my experience with SKY ['Sly' if I may] . I Purchased the sky package 'solely' based on the cash back AMOUNT advertised. I waited....& waited ......& waited months went by.... came up to a year now for the cash back only to learn that as my property is a flat, therefore sky passed the contract/installation onto another company [Love Digital] but hold on?.... this does not justify the refusal of my cash back from sky does it since I genuinely signed up a long term subscription? Sky in the end refused cash back based on a fictional story that I used another cash back site [which is totally false] to make claim from. I ended up paying the full subscription monthly amount I signed up to without £0.00 [a penny] of the advertised cash back. My recommendation? DO NOT sign up. Be VERY-VERY CAREFUL! Verdict? 0/10 DEFINITELY

I've had sky since March last year!!!! And what a surprise, still no cash back!,!! I've lodge a claim but almost a year later still haven't heard anything. I don't understand why topcashback are even advertising sky when they are not paying any money!!!!!

Slow to track nothing has been paid as yet. Despite contacting Sky on 3 occasions and been promised my M and S voucher is on its way . I have received nothing ! My son who lives in another part of the country has also not received anything. I am beginning to wonder if these deals actually exist !

Horrendous. £26 tracked and confirmed - expected to pay 13 weeks after transaction on 26 June. It's now 17 January the following year and nothing has paid. Estimated times are very poor.

Not a good experience at all. No cashback received and sky refused to acknowledge account even after claim was put in providing all of the details so it could be tracked. Hugely disappointed. Topcash back a great help though.

Don't order Sky through TopCashBack. You're likely to be much better off going to Sky directly. Ordered a new Sky TV service on 30th July 2013 which offered a £90 cashback. It is now 11th December 2013 and still no cashback. Initial claim raised with TopCashBack in August and nudged every month since. Not the kind of experience I'd ever want to repeat and reflects badly on both TopCashBack and Sky. I will certainly avoid using either provider again, so a marketing triumph for both companies.

It has been 11 months of a claim where I was paid £30 instead of the new joiner £150 and today have received an email to say I won't be getting it as not deemed eligible. Thanks a lot. Sky fees have increased. Tempted to actually cancel my subscription as service is awful.
