“Unbelievable — amazing service and products bought, and the fastest cashback ever” is how one TopCashback member described their experience after choosing to write a Sky Broadband review. They are far from being alone in singing the retailer’s praises as you will find plenty of other positive remarks in the Sky Broadband reviews below.

Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Waste of time. Cashback was never paid. I purchased a new sky contract based on getting £90 cashback for the new purchase. After ONE YEAR of chasing top cashback they finally replied to say that they wouldnt be paying despite my account clearly recording the click through to sky.

Cashback tracked March 31, went payable a fortnight ago, but like others have experienced, said that there was a 'reporting inconsistency'! so had all but given up getting anything back, then the next day it allowed me to claim by BACS and i now have £85.85 in my account. So... got there eventually, hope others get lucky too!

cashback became payable this morning after less than 3 months but now tcb are holding the payment saying there is a problem!!

I posted a comment a few weeks ago saying m&s voucher recived and cb gone to confirmed and gave it 5* well i wish i had not. Today the cb went payable I was soooo happy went to payment and it says i have to wait because of reporting inconsistency was found (what ever that means) I have used top cash back loads and all ok but the biggest purchace it says no too I have submited a support ticket and will wait to see what happends If this does not go through i will never use tcb again and go elsewhere I will post the outcome soon. (by the way its not just me this has happend to)

Allow me to join the chorus of people complaining about Sky's shoddiness and TCB's tardiness in providing cashback in a timely manner. Became a new Sky subscriber on March 5th, waited five months - just slightly longer than the estimated 12 weeks - only for my cashback to become payable... ...and then, for some unknown reason, flagged due to there being "a reporting inconsistency for this transaction," which is, of course, absolute bobbins. If you're reading this before taking up Sky, save yourself the hassle and wasted mouse clicks and just go direct. You've more chance of winning the lottery than receiving any cashback.

Stay away from this retailer!! listen to the warnings others have posted. I also did not get my cashback from sky. This is an unregulated industry and you have no protection under consumer law. I strongly recommend you don't buy through topcashback. I did get my money after threatening legal action, but it was a long, hard slog....Stay clear!

Does not let me complete the transaction online and tells me to complete the transaction on the phone, therefore cashback not longer qualifies. Switched to another provider now and have now lost all of my services to them.

Sky installed in Jan 2013. Still waiting for £120 cash back. M and S voucher received from sky. First time I have ever had a problem with cash back over the years, just a warning as its never guaranteed. Lodged a claim, all details given, nothing heard.

Sky scam yet again. Took out broadband and additional tv package both of which were tracked but now both have dropped to xzero when payable. Extremely unhappy .

Whats wrong with 1/2 the people on here I have used tcb loads of times and cant fault them, I got sky about 45 days ago cashback is now confirmed and m&s voucher is recieved. I dont care if it takes 1 year to become payable is a bonus thats all. I mean you would of got sky anyway so why the rush for cashback. You carry on tcb your providing a great free service and will use many times in future.

I'm still waiting, now 15 weeks down the line, however i would have bought sky anyway, so anything free is a bonus. I received the M&S voucher for £25 very soon after getting sky, and we're very happy with the purchase anyway, I can't believe people are moaning about it taking a while, it's free.

Went through Topcashback & upgraded my Sky Package in September 2012. I was advised that my Cashback will be paid in 3 Months time but as of today ie 12 June 2013 I am still waiting. Everytime I contact Topcashback I am being told that my Cashback Issue will be resolved soon. Topcashback Customer Service is really good but Sky Overall is really bad...... Beware & Don't expect to receive a Cashback from Sky Soon....

Purchased Sky Bundle 31/01/2013. Cant fault product and received M&S Voucher after two weeks, but still waiting for CB Sky have rung me to see if I would like any upgrades - told them no until I see my cashback - they said they would look into it!!
