“Unbelievable — amazing service and products bought, and the fastest cashback ever” is how one TopCashback member described their experience after choosing to write a Sky Broadband review. They are far from being alone in singing the retailer’s praises as you will find plenty of other positive remarks in the Sky Broadband reviews below.

Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. They refused to pay any cashback. When complaint was placed their response was 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' which is one big lie as I the purchase was made thru TCB and finished within 5min. Disappointing.

Clicked through to the Sky page from Topcashback and signed up. Despite this Sky has said that "another marketing channel has been credited with this transaction", so cash back has been refused. Will be cancelling my contract as soon as possible. Very poor show from Sky, don't go into this thinking they will honour anything.

Cashback did not track. After submitting a missing transaction claim, 8 months later I have been told that I will not be receiving the £80 promised as a new customer because "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale". That, quite frankly, is a load of rubbish. I followed all instructions to aid tracking (clearing cookies, completing the sale in one transaction etc.) but this didn't work. Feel conned

I don't normally leave reviews, but I purchased a simple phone line and broadback package in May 2014 and to date it hasn't even been tracked.

I subscribed in Mid March for the Broadband + Sky Talk package (£106 cashback). 6 months have now passed and this is still in "Pending"...! Topcashback service is very bad and they do nothing apart waiting from the merchant... Please, CHASE them.. Regards,

If you are thinking of joining sky for the very attractive cashback 'offered' then dont bother... waited a ridiculous amount of time and to be honest thinking of binning topcashback... No advice received from them. I use another cashback site which are far more helpful. Disappointed to say the least... (and my 8 mates who have just moved into a brand new estate will be using the other cashback site as our other friend was paid the cashback after 6 weeks from sky through the other website) Not a happy customer!

Very disappointed with Sky. Cashback should have been available by now after waiting 5 months. What actions are taken by TopCashback on vendors who delay payments for no reason?

Hi there, It is dependent on how far past the estimated payable speed provided your transaction is. As we are only able to provide estimates based on the previous payout speed of the merchant, it can on occasion take longer for the cashback to come through, so we do ask that you kindly allow a further 4-6 weeks for this to progress. Hi I was about to cancel my Virgin package and move to Sky for TV, broad band and Phone but looking at the cash back reviews I don't think I will. £120 would have made a big difference to the overall cost of the package but as Sky don't seem to be paying it I don't think it's worth the risk. Don't Sky realise that not paying the cash back promised not only makes existing customers bitter but also puts off potential customers. Short sighted and disappointing.

I have been using topcashback for several years now and in general the experience has been good. Then I decided to get sky, offering over £200 cashback. DO NOT hold your breath expecting anything great, the experience has been awful, 13 months and today I received less than half what they promised me. Time to move on from topcashback oh! and cancel sky.

Stay away from this retailer!! listen to the warnings others have posted. I also did not get my cashback from sky. This is an unregulated industry and you have no protection under consumer law. I strongly recommend you don't buy through topcashback. I did get my money after threatening legal action, but it was a long, hard slog....Stay clear!

I'm still waiting, now 15 weeks down the line, however i would have bought sky anyway, so anything free is a bonus. I received the M&S voucher for £25 very soon after getting sky, and we're very happy with the purchase anyway, I can't believe people are moaning about it taking a while, it's free.
