I would definitely not recommend using this as it doesn't work. I used Simply Switch to change my gas and electricity suppliers, everything seemed to go smoothly, got no error reports and I was happy that I'd clicked through everything correctly, I even have a pending 'cashback' amount for using the site. A month has gone by now and I have had absolutely no word from the new energy suppliers informing me of the details of my new service. I've now taken my custom elsewhere and used another switching site with absolutely no problems or delays.

Despite the error I have the switch confirmation e-mail from moneyexpert.com, so I have gone back and switched the second property (again getting the error at the final acceptance). I hope these errors do not prevent tracking!

Cashback did not track, and after I made a claim, Simply Switch refused to recognise my order for cashback despite the fact that I have completed the switch and set up a direct debit with my new supplier. For this reason, I regret using Simply Switch.

The simply-switch web site does not work and it seems to be specially for topcashback (see below). On choosing to switch I get a runtime error at Line 63: line 63: @if (Model.Referrer == "topcashbak") .... screen shot available This prevents me from taking up the offer which ends today, which is a shame because I wanted to switch the energy supplier for both my properties.
