Over 29 weeks and the cash back is still pending. I'm not expecting this one to go through now as the stats say TCB have had the payout for October when my order went through.

Awful setvice applied via simply switch to swap my gas and electric in Oct 2015, I had to chase my chosen company as apparently they had not been passed all of my details by simply switch. My cash back is still pending over.a year later. At the time I was swayed by best top cash back value, don't make same mistake , I have since read lots of reviews were cash backs have never been received.

Lost my custom. Took nearly 4 months to say they weren't going to pay me, then I was out of of time to put a claim in. TCB kindly let me put one in. Simply Switch then took further 12 months to decline my cashback claim despite sending in tonnes of evidence - stay away, they lure you in and then don't pay!

Very disappointed. I switched both my gas an electricity through Simple Switch last February. It is still pending despite me having to make a claim.

Don't use...Switched in March & despite my visit to the Simplyswitch was recorded & confirmed, it is now August my cashback is still 'Under review'.

Terrible, I used Simply Switch over a year ago to switch energy providers and I am still waiting for my cashback. I'm now in the process of moving again but will use one of the other comparison companies, they may pay less but they appear to be way more reliable.
