have nothing to do with this company.i have been waiting for a year now for £36-36 cashback for an energy switch..it took almost 9 months to get this payment confirmed only after submitting a support ticket.i know someone else who switched energy using simply switch via topcashback at exactly the same time who still like me have not received their cashback.keep well clear of this company

Well I seem to be the exception on here. I went through Simply Switch in October to change my electricity supplier, I haven't heard anything from them up to now and the cashback is still unconfirmed. I have been emailing Simply Switch to try to find out if the application went through but they haven't replied to any of my emails. I am not impressed at all. Think I will now go through USwitch as never had any problems with them at all previously.

had a cash back for SIMPLY SWITCH for the sum of £31. It had been confirmed and available to cash and withdraw. However, I checked few days later the amount went to zero. When I contacted TCB they advised it had been declined but stated that it could get resolved in 2-4 months by claiming missing Cashback. But, 7 months later nothing done. TCB keep advising that they are awaiting a reply!! Shocking.....

Absolutely terrible experience all round. Started off promising - the website was easy to navigate, the deals were cheap soon degraded into an irritating nightmare. The application page is completely broken. I couldn't input my details and kept getting error messages when trying to submit my data. When I finally managed to get through by inputting my details in a very specific order, there was no confirmation email to say that my application had been received and I've received nothing since. Tried to call customer services during opening hours only to be forwarded to someones mobile voicemail which was full. Utterly, utterly awful company.

2ND REVIEW!! I wrote a review on this merchant a few days ago, but it's yet to appear, so thought I'd try again!! DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT!! I did and got burnt - they paid very fast, but several weeks later, declined the payment and took the money back and TCB don't appear to be in a position to assist - try a different Switch Site - safer in the long run!! I switched from British Gas to OVO in early February, mainly to get the £42 cashback from Simply Switch, but am still waiting for it to progress to payable, over 8 months later!

Have been waiting since August for switch to take place, no reply to emails and phone cut off after few seconds each time. No paperwork, still with same supplier.

I purchased in Jan / Feb 2015, after months of chasing they told be in Sep that they won't pay out. It looks like this company only pay out when they want to (if you sort reviews by most recent instead of highest rated you will see). I work in digital marketing so know how cashback tracking works. I'd avoid these guys if you can.

Good to get the cashback, but the company appear to have done absolutely nothing about switching the electricty and gas supplier. Tariff has now ended with current supplier and after supposed time has elapsed, havve not yet received anything in writing or any further emails. Completely in limbo as to whether to sign up with someone else as now on a more expensive tariff until can sign up for something else

I switched on 29 July and received an email saying it had been accepted. Topcashback showed the money was pending. A month down the line I have heard no more (the email from Simply Switch said I would receive a confirmation from Sainsbury's energy). I checked with Sainsbury's and they have not got my details from Simply Switch and I am not in the process of switching to the Sainsbury's tariff that is fixed to Aug 2016. So Simply Switch have got my bank account details etc. but have not secured the switch to a new energy company. Nor has Simply Switch customer service responded to my email question about this. I am genuinely worried that this company has had my bank details for a month and seems to be ignoring me.
