I would leave 0 stars if I could - stay away from them. They took over 9 months to pay out and had to chase TC so many times. TC didn't really help at all either. I think this merchant should be removed from TC.

Very SLOW at paying out. They were advertised as 60 days but it's taken about 6 months, I don't think this is far when you choose a provider based on how quickly they payout. I would not even give them 1 star and certainly won't choose to use them again!

I switched through simply switch in August last year. The cashback didn't track and 9 months on from submitting the ticket, still nothing. 'Waiting for merchant's reply' has been now the update for months and months. Really disappointed.

Switched mine and a family members energy company using this site. Followed all the rules but still no cashback. This was in April 2015. Claim still pending. Used different comparison site this year to switch again and cashback is already showing in my account. Will not be using our recommending simply switch to anyone.

Successfully switched duel fuel through simply switch even got an e mail from them stating everything was successful. However 9 months later they are still tracking my topcashback claim through their system despite me supplying them with all the details that are undisputed because I have their email which stated it was a success. As a regular user of topcashback I can only say this is the only company I have had a problem with....

Poor service - got no responses from emails or phone calls and the wait time for cashback is too long. It's also a shame that TopCashBack won't allow you to create a ticket because the estimated time of 40 weeks hasn't expired yet. I'm now losing faith in TopCashBack and considering using another site for cashback.

Submitted online switch for both Gas and Electricity on 14/07/15, all completed smoothly, but still no cashback tracking 8 months later. Will not be using Simply Switch again (unable to leave 0 stars)

Really poor have now been waiting 7 months and still no sign of the cashback..my contract will be up by the time this gets paid ..if it gets paid ! Avoid them .

AVOID this switch service. Switched energy supplier in early October 2015 and still no sign of any cashback. Why do TopCashBack present merchant reviews by highest rating rather than by most recent reviews. OK its a search option but all all recent reviews for Simply Switch are 1 star rather than the 5 star ratings TopCashBaxck show. I won't be caught out by this selective presentation by TopCashBack in the future. Always look at most recent and lowest feedback to get a true picture of the retailer. Disapointed that TopCashBack default isd to present the reviews in this potrntially misleading way. Expect better of them.

I completed a transaction with simply switch on the 10th August 2015, the payment whilst showing as tracked has still not reached payable. Topcashback have responded to two of enquiries saying they have still not received payment for this transaction and of course cannot pass it on to me.
