Tracked as zero until a complaint raised and when it did track has done so at a lower rate than advertised when I clicked through (not TCB's fault, clearly Shell's). It has taken 5 months to progress to payable -- poor, poor, poor. Just as well their energy customer service is actually good.

Switched to a dual fuel deal with First Utility through TopCashback but it's showing as £0 cashback. Have lodged a claim but don't understand why First Utility haven't validated the claim.

Signed up for dual fuel with a promised £100.00 cashback but they only paid £40.00. I submitted a claim almost 2 years ago and it still is not resolved, poor show.

Signed up 14 months ago and still waiting for cashback to be paid. Price increase after a matter of months and have now switched to another supplier, but that didn't stop First Utility taking an additional months payment two weeks after they stopped supplying my fuel. Not impressed.

Cashback never tracked, submitted a complaint via TCB which asked for a reference number that wasn't on any documentation and required a lengthy phone call, the appeal was accepted but the cashback declined.

Still have not received the correct cashback after signing up 14 months ago. They also quoted me a monthly cost (based on actual consumption) then raised it by £15 within 2 months of signing up.

After first utility cancelled my first order broadband order in error and my cashback being refused I placed another order for same. It is now 14 months since I since I switched to first utility and I’m still waiting on my cashback! Not impressed at all!

9 months on and still no cashback! I was not saving that much by moving to First Utility, but thought the £40 cashback would make it a little better, but I have not received it so far!

Been waiting over 11 months now for the correct cashback to be paid by TCB. At the point I purchased the produce from First Utility there was an offer to receive £100 TCB instead of the standard £40. The £40 was paid to me in a matter of months but i've been waiting for the other £60 ever since. TCB give me the same response everytime I chase, saying they are still chasing it with the provider or having added it to their query log, but no evidence of whether this is actually happening or not. I do not understand what TCB need the provider to confirm, i've already had the standard cashback paid, so it's not an issue with the claim not tracking or the right product being purchased..so what more needs to confirmed?

Signed up during an offer for an increased £100 cashback in September 2017... still waiting for this!! Signed up using actual figures from last year's usage yet within 2 months was well in debit and had to increase payments by £15 a month.
