Did not track at Shell's end (Many didn't at the time of takeover from First Utility), sent in claim and Shell have had it over 8 months, still nothing!! Shell Energy are a disgrace!!.

This retailer did not track and i still haven't got any money back and it has been 7 months so far. To be honest i will be staying away from this retailer in future when it concerns cashback

Took 7 months to receive my cashback for this and still waiting for another £58 to clear from shell had to make several complaints to get my money finally tracked at the right amount would be nice to see my £58 outstanding from them paid far sooner.....noticed topcashback is getting worse at tracking and paying the correct cashback

I took a two year energy deal in December 2017. I still have only had half of the cashback due . I have a screenshot of the offer and an e-mail from the company showing that the purchase was "in date". I have chased on a monthly basis but it is just ignored. Would I do it with them again, sadly not.

So far as a newly customer, for my broadband and energy service, it really has Ben poor customer service from SHELL , I was made 1 week without the access of broadband in the middle of my daughter s exams and me working from home , now the installer for the nest control fail to turn up even though this was booked weeks in advance, I shall definately share this experience !!
