you would think a company of this size would honour its debt's
i purchased washing machine in april. it never tracked. i put a claim in through topcashback but thats it.but as usual these big companies take your money and then say STUFF YOU you can whistle for your cashback

Although product delivered quickly, it failed to track. Purchase made three months ago and a manual claim submitted in December, but there appears to have been no response from Sainsbury's. Cashback rates aren't brilliant, but would expect Sainsbury's to honour them.

Tracked very quickly (within a couple of hours). I was able to use a discount code which gave me £10 off a £40 shop which made it excellent value along with a regular 50p cashback per shop (something not available when a regular shopper with Tesco.

50p per shop regardless of amount spent is ok. Would rather it was a percentage, 50% would be nice hehe!! I suppose I am also earning nectar points aswell ;) Cashback has always tracked quickly and is payable within 5 weeks.
Excellent service from Sainsburys....have been doing my online 2 weekly shop with them for the past 4 months. Cannot find fault yet. One delivery was 10 mins late, got a polite call from driver explaining he was lost and on arrival we got a £10 off voucher for the next shop. One Happy Shopper :)
