I have my grocery delivered by sainsbury's and have been thoroughly dissapointed with the quality of product delievered to me. Food squashed, on its sell by date, or very short sell by date, obscure substitutes and incorrect refunds for substitutes returned. However when I did complain I was impressed with their customer service, refund and voucher sent.

service was excellent, the goods although had to be returned, were of a lovely quality, exceptional value as they were in the sale, but ubfortunately they were too small.have worked for sainsburys, so i know that they are so strict about the quality of goods and the service they give, so i would always deal with them.

50p per visit, not much, but if you shop regularily then probably worth it even if it adds a few minutes to the process. I had setup my shopping cart purchases but not confirmed delvery at the time, so will no doubt have to go back through Topcashback or lose my 50p...

Sainsburys basics range and prices is excellent but on the whole prices are too dear. I love Sainsburys but mostly shop there if they give incentives i.e. petrol coupons.
