I have used Sainsbury's for my grocery shop through Top Cashback 3 times now and received 50p cashback each time. It's not a lot of money but it tracks straight away and becomes payable quickly. It's a welcome bonus for shopping I would be doing anyway and I don't hesitate to recommend it to everybody.

Groceries track and pay out fast. Non-grocery orders failed to track, had to raise 2 missing commission claims (one for Nov 2010 & one for Dec 2010) of which one has just paid put but still waiting for the other

I have my groceries delivered from Sainsburys anyway, so it was just as easy to go through Top Cash Back. Only 50p though!

Tracked quickly but took months to get any further. Original ETA of 3 months eventually turned into 4 then 6. Payment eventually received without problem though. Insurance product was the best price I could get for the cover I wanted, plus £48 cashback, plus £50 in vouchers, plus double Nectar points for 2 years, so well worth it but don't hold your breath waiting for the payment!

This retailer was unable to supply one of a pair of BOGOF items, that I only purchased because of the offer, so supplied only one - and charged me full price! Customer service was poor and I remain out of pocket.

This was the first time I had used 'Click & Collect' at Sainsburys. It was very quick & easy to use & the product was exactly where it should be & when I was told it would be! I will definitely use them again!
