Tracks quick, pays quick, good quality products and the only supermarket that gives you cashback as an existing grocery customer. Love Sainsburys, ive used them all but always prefer coming back, as they have really good customer service.

Of all the online supermarkets, Sainsbury's (for groceries) is my least favourite - weekly special offers not as good, ease of navigation of the site average, doesn't save 'favourites' from when you visit the shop, and finally I had a dispute about their actions when substituting goods that are part of special deals.
