	not good twenty claims (i had to log every single shop manually as it has stopped tracking for years) just came back denied. claims as old as April. Such a waste of my time. i hope something can be done or join Asda to quit TCB since you're refusing to give cashback with some lame reasons, when i have not changed a damn thing since day one of using TCB!

	Only 2 stars as waited over 3 years to get some cash back! Christmas miracle, the first time in I think three years I have received some cashback for my shop! Use the online service about 30 times a year, this is a first. Hoping it has fixed itself for me and others! Fingers crossed!

	Avoiding paying Was ok in the past, but now rarely tracks. And on claims, Sainsburys avoids paying legitimate cashback by saying 'not the final referrer'. Definitely a problem with this retailer.

	No cash back Took over a year for cashback claim to be declined by Sainsbury’s. Complete waste of time. In my experience Sainsbury’s always use the same excuse that TopCashback was not the last point of referral.

	Avoid. Legitimate order didn't track, lodged a claim which after quite a while resulted in Sainsburys saying TCB was not the last referrer, which is completely incorrect. Sour taste, but ultimately Sainsbury's loses another customer for implying TCB users are dishonest... Perhaps Sainsbury's need to look closer at themselves & their practices in relation to refusing totally legitimate cashback claims.

	Sainsburys groceries Everytime you try to open the sainsburys groceries site through top cashback it gives you an error message and will not work. Waste of time trying .

	Don't waste your time Our weekly shop with Sainsbury's NEVER tracks successfully. I always place a claim and, more often than not, they are refused by Sainsbury's, who say that 'TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase'. Incredibly frustrating and time consuming and as I use the website in exactly the same way each week, with a claim sometimes being accepted, I can only conclude that the problem is with Sainsbury's. For the amount of claims that are rejected, I'm not sure it's really worth the effort and frustration.

	Excluding VAT Supposed to get cashback on orders over £45 excluding VAT. This threw me off and I am sure it threw off others. Just tell us what we need to spend including VAT since that is the cost we see in our trolley. I can't see anything in the checkout that informs me the cost excluding VAT so are we supposed to sit there doing the math? Just tell us what the spend should be including VAT. I just placed an order for £48 before I noticed the the criteria of excluding VAT. Since I cannot see the cost in my trolley excluding VAT I suspect this is deliberately misleading.

	Sainsburys I receive cashback from Sainsbury's for my grocery shops on a regular basis. They are very 'hit and miss' in paying and a lot of the time I have to make a claim through Top Cash Back. Occasionally, they won't pay due to some anomaly or other.

	Let down Wow...just had 2 payments for Sept from Sainsburys...unbelievable.. i have to put a claim in for almost every one and got about a dozen outstanding. =some from 11months ago!!!!!

	NEVER tracks, NEVER responds to claims, NEVER pays out - DON'T BOTHER I do a weekly shop, do everything exactly as directed by TopCashback, and it never tracks, Sainsbury's never responds to missing cashback claims, and never pays out. Why does TopCashback work with retailers who refuse to ever pay out???
