Sainsbury's has decided not to issue further payments as the last three shops did not track, and manual claims are being ignored. It seems pointless; perhaps it's best to remove them until they have resolved their issues.

Not paying out reliably
I use TCB regularly and most purchases track. Sainsbury's rarely does, and when you have to put in a manual claim they simply don't pay out. Very disappointing and other reviews share this concern. If they don't want to pay out they shouldn't be offering the cashback in the first place.

Don't seem to be paying cashback anymore
I've been shopping with Sainsburys regularly for ages and never had any problems with cashback until recently. In June it stopped tracking and all claims have been rejected since then. Looking at other recent reviews, it seems Sainsburys no longer want to give cashback, in which case they should be removed from TopCashBack instead of misleading people.

Becoming a waste of time
It would be nice to say I was getting cashback from Sainsbury's. In truth, I was until just a few weeks ago. Then something changed, manifesting in the new "minimum basket of £45", which I tripped over. Since then, even getting orders tracked in the first place has been considerably more miss than hit.
Considering how well this cashback has been working over the last year or so, it is quite disappointing to see this fall-off in performance.
I will continue to order from them, and raise the necessary claims with TCB, until this is sorted out.

I don't even know why they are still a brand on TCB
I've just had about 15 missing cashback claims declined by Sainsburys. I've had about £40 worth of cashback untracked or declined. It used to work perfectly and now suddenly many people using TCB are having all their cashback declined. Its ridiculous

Good
Not the highest cashback of the supermarkets so dont use Sainsbutys as much as the higher paying supermarket but most of the time they do pay the cashback owed, only once tried to decline but eventually paid it and havent tried to decline since, unlike some of the other big supermarkets who decline the cashback every time for no reason.

Becoming more reliable
After some 2 years of difficulties, Sainsburys have finally got their cashback act together: purchases track fairly promptly, with far less need to claim than before, progress to payable seems timely. Now quite happy.

never tracks and they decline every missing cashback claim
I have used Sainsburys every week for well over 3 years but this year the cash back no longer tracks. so every week I have to submit a missing cash back which then gets declined, claiming that top cashback was not the last channel of sale (which it is) and that I've used a voucher code (which I haven't).
disgusting behavior from Sainsburys, if they no longer wish to participate in the Topcashback scheme then they should be removed.

Not playing ball!
While Sainsbury tracked and paid correctly to start with, they seem to have had a change of heart!
My past 11 groceries shops have not only NOT tracked but they turned down every of my claims. Yet I've done everything by the book.
Very disappointing.
