Don't waste your time
Our weekly shop with Sainsbury's NEVER tracks successfully. I always place a claim and, more often than not, they are refused by Sainsbury's, who say that 'TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase'. Incredibly frustrating and time consuming and as I use the website in exactly the same way each week, with a claim sometimes being accepted, I can only conclude that the problem is with Sainsbury's. For the amount of claims that are rejected, I'm not sure it's really worth the effort and frustration.

Excluding VAT
Supposed to get cashback on orders over £45 excluding VAT. This threw me off and I am sure it threw off others. Just tell us what we need to spend including VAT since that is the cost we see in our trolley. I can't see anything in the checkout that informs me the cost excluding VAT so are we supposed to sit there doing the math? Just tell us what the spend should be including VAT. I just placed an order for £48 before I noticed the the criteria of excluding VAT. Since I cannot see the cost in my trolley excluding VAT I suspect this is deliberately misleading.

Sainsburys
I receive cashback from Sainsbury's for my grocery shops on a regular basis. They are very 'hit and miss' in paying and a lot of the time I have to make a claim through Top Cash Back. Occasionally, they won't pay due to some anomaly or other.

NEVER tracks, NEVER responds to claims, NEVER pays out - DON'T BOTHER
I do a weekly shop, do everything exactly as directed by TopCashback, and it never tracks, Sainsbury's never responds to missing cashback claims, and never pays out. Why does TopCashback work with retailers who refuse to ever pay out???

Inconsistent tracking and payment
Sometimes tracks, sometimes doesn't, for no obvious reason. Claims can take months, sometimes paid, and sometimes declined unfairly and wrongly as supposedly 'not the final referrer'.

Not Tracking
Lately these orders have not been tracking. Having to raise a missing cashback claim is annoying and I find sometimes they are rejected by Topcashback which means they claim the money for themselves.

Still very poor
First cashback tracked in 7 months! By coincidence, I was using a very old laptop, and also Sainsburys have reduced the cashback to 89p (from 93p).
I will start to give them their stars back once they start to clear the backlog of claims (19 at the moment, every other order for the last 7 months).

Never tracks
Used to work fine, now never tracks, and requires every claim to be manually raised, plus expect you to give an amount less VAT, even though it's not even split out on the receipts. Very disappointed in Sainsbury's doing everything they can to avoid paying - what's the point of offering it if you never honour it?
