Cashback seems to have stopped - disappointing altogether
For the first time in 4 years, I have no cashback in progress from Sainsburys. No orders have tracked since they u-turned on withdrawing the cashback for existing customers. I now have 5 claims for orders placed since then. I also have 2 more since last Christmas. Not only is cashback not tracking, there is also no effective mechanism for resolving claims. They only get 2 stars because of the track record. Unlikely to review in future; I will just find some other way to save a few pounds on my grocery shop. Specifically by shopping elsewhere.

Pretty poor performance
About half my purchases are either declined or show zero value when they should all be entitled to £1 cashback.

Inconsistent
Most of the time it tracks ok but sometimes gets declined for no reason. Also sometimes tracks at an amount lower than the minimum order value of £45 when order is way more so then doesn’t pay out.

Never received my cashback from Sainsbury's
First time I shopped with Sainsbury's online with the topcash back app.and no cashback I also put a missing claim in never going to shop here ever again I'll stick with Iceland and Morrisons for now

doesn't track. been lodging claims for over a year now
It has stopped tracking for me since 2023 (if not earlier!) So the only way to get cash back is to lodge a claim at every purchase, meaning you have to record details so requiring extra time and effort. Tiring....

Cashback has always been paid with Sainsbury's
I've found cashback with Sainsbury's to be very reliable. Have used discount codes and gift cards and the cashback has still always been paid. Same with friends & family that have used a discount code for £18 off for new customers, they still got the cashback too. My latest cashback was paid within two month but when I've used Quidco it's taken 5 months which makes me think they hang on to your money for months while TCB pay you straight away.

Log into top cashback 1st before my weekly online Sainsburys shop and get rewarded with around £1 cashback. Paid quickly, and couldn't be easier.

Not using Sainsburys any more for cashback.They decline payouts stating that the amount to pay out is £0.00.I have had about 10 transactions not paying out.

Cashback Never Tracks
Every transaction has to be queried and a claim submitted to missing cashback, then it takes months to resolve. Very poor.

The seem to decline
They always seem to track, I get the email to say I’ve shopped. After that though, most times I’ve shopped seem not to be payable. Unsure why. So given 3 stars, as the odd shop may payout.

Poor service

Required to request missing claim every times.
I could not get the cashback to my account automatically until request a missing claims . It was frustrated and spent time to counter check whatever the cashback was added. I have raised this problem since last year but no improvement.

Cashback for existing customers is back
We'll see how tracking goes. All that's needed now is to get my outstanding claims sorted out and the pending cashback moved forward.
Oh, and to get an ACTUAL ex-VAT order value shown, not just some spurious 5/6ths calculation which ignores the fact that most grocery shopping is Food, and therefore much is either Exempt or Zero-rated (therefore no VAT content).
