Sainsburys never tracks, on my desktop or my laptop. I have followed all the rules, enabled cookies etc. I can usually get the cashback via custome services but is it worth the trouble! Really annoying, why promise cashback, however little, if you have to jump through loops to get it.

Had to raise quite a few missing cashback claims for Sainsburys but paid out eventually….takes a while though…not the best payer!

I shop in Sainsbury’s at least once a week through cash pack but more often than not I do not get cashback.

Doesn't appear to track even when using different browsers on a desktop. Have to submit a missing cashback claim after every order

Never appears as pending even though it shows as tracked. I’m always having to put in a claim. I’ve tried different devices and browsers.

Glad to see that I am not the only one with tracking issues for Sainsbury's purchases. Am constantly having to go back and raise claims which takes a lot of time and effort to reconcile order to clicks. One star from me.

Declined cashback multiple times despite all the orders being listed in their account and transactions being clicked through TCB.They try to claim the same sorry excuse - that the affiliate network can't trace orders - but this is false because they all went through TCB webpage and orders are all listed in the Sainsbury's account.The cashback which Sainsburys advertises to get sales is therefore false advertising because they frequently don't pay out the meagre cashback anyway.

I appreciate when cashback is declined for this reason it may not seem right, that said it means that the retailer is happy to pay cashback but it has been paid elsewhere. The best way to avoid this happening is to clear cookies and cache, disabling ad blockers, close any other tabs before purchasing. - Topcashback support

Pointless, cashback never tracks and then always denied after claim (up to 12 months later). They should be removed from site and TCB be better at resolving things.
