I was totally satisfied with my order from Sainsburys, they contacted me to let me know when the delivery date was, and gave me the option of morning or afternoon delivery. the delivery drive phone me when he was on his way with my washing machine. I have never ordered any white goods on line before but I will now thanks to sainsburys I will use them again.

Product easily found on their website and available on their 'Click and Collect' service.
Delivered promptly to my local store from where it was collected without any problem following a courtesy e-mail which confirmed delivery to the store. Will certainly use again.
