It is unusual to get a good delivery service when buying online but with Sainsbury we knew exactly what would happen and when AND the deliverymen unpacked the item, removed the packaging and set the item up. Outstanding. Shame on Tesco for never coming near this level of service on large items.

This was the first time I'd used sainsbury's to do an online shop and I only did it as I had a £10 off coupon so used TCB to gain an extra 50p. All tracked ok and became payable quickly.

I signed up with sainsbury's after not being very happy, to say the least, with ASDA and Tesco. However, I have only had three deliveries from Sainsbury's, and two of those had problems, for which I had to ring customer services.
Never again!
