The last time cashback worked was Aug 2019. Many orders since no cashback, and I took the precaution of deleting cookies and only having TCB and Sainsbury's tabs open. Disappointing as it used to work very well

I do shopping at Sainsburys every fortnight and all the extra penny's are all worth it and goes towards things I need, so all you sainsaburys come on in and join don't loose out remember in this day and age every penny counts towards as something you might need

NO CASHBACK! Signed up as a new customer and made a £42 order, cashback did not track and when I queried this was told that they 'dont look into transactions from this merchant' have been conned , shop elsewhere and use other cashback sites for your groceries!

i never got my cashback despite using my computer and topcashback tracking my visit. this is very unfair and then you cant even claim for missing cashback - wont be using either sainsbury or topcashback again!

BEWARE - I had spent over £40 in order to benefit from the cashback for new customrs however this did not track and now Topcashback has informed Sainsbury do not allow cashback claims to be submitted at all!!!!!! Sainsbury need to be more honest and upfront about not allowaing claims since this leaves a lot of customer out of pocket and also provides a bad customer service. Would not use again due to this!!!!!! Plenty more other supermarket that offers better prices and services.

Cashback tracks less than 20% of the time & they don’t accept claims. But apart from that, the retailer is good.
