Used to pay out but seems to have stopped. I've had no cashback since Aug 19, just sits as pending. Shame really but if they're no longer going to pay cashback they should be removed.

Always tracks but takes ages to pay. I still have pending cashbacks dated back to August 2019. Merchant is ok.

No cashback since August They owe me about £35 not to mention the ones that did not track.If Sainsbury's will not pay then TCB should stop promoting them.Full stop!

For some reason Sainsbury's cashback has simply stopped since August, it just sits in my account 'pending' but it never seems to clear anymore. Not sure what has happened!

Tracks, however hasn’t paid any cashback since the end of August. Used to pay in about 6 weeks. Now exceeds 21 weeks.
