Don't waste your time and energy. Worst retailer to try and get cashback. I followed all the guidelines by clearing cookies etc and was stilled declined over 25 purchases. Not shopping with them anymore.

Getting cash back is easy enough but it’s now a little disappointing from what you use to get to now I definitely prefer the £1.70 than 85p for us existing customers

Very slow. Unreliable tracking. This merchant is now on its 4th or 5th discount rate, having started at a % in December, then changed to £p, then back to %, and now is on £p, but at a lower rate than previously. Mostly have to claim to get cashback, and some is declined for reasons I can't agree with.
