I shop online every week and ca. 50% of transactions don't track for some reason. It gets rather tedious having to keep submitting claims and they are very slow to process them.

Does not track orders reliably. When they do though, the cashback is paid in a reasonably timely fashion.

I have had to raise a missing claim for every shop online I do for groceries with Sainsburys. Nothing has tracked since November 2021 and I have ensure browser history etc clear before clicking through to merchant. I use them every week, and every time a claim is raised… and they are all currently “waiting for merchant”.

Sainsburys seem to be struggling a bit with Cashback. A number of transactions have not tracked, although the click is there, and they are slow to deal with missing claims. Things have improved slightly recently, as more purchases are now tracking than not, but it does feel very messy.
