When it works, it works. But it is still hit and miss that transactions track. Then it can take a long time to get resolved, with a common outcome being declined as final transaction cannot be verified as having happened through TCB. I don't understand this, as I always use the link through, and the transaction tracks at TCB.

Absolutely dismal. I regularly order every week and so far none of the transactions have ever tracked. Once or twice when I put a missing cashback claim in I was successful. I have tried everything to make the purchases through Sainsburys track, i.e. deleted cookies etc but nothing works!!

This merchant is not as good as it used to be only one of the last five have tracked I have 2 claims outstanding and really see it pointless putting in more. I have noticed every time the amount is changed for a £40 spend which has happened regularly lately it doesn't track maybe a coincidence there are plenty of other supermarkets out there giving cash back so Sainsbury needs to get its act together. Sign of the times I suppose
