Used to pay out but seems to have stopped. I've had no cashback since Aug 19, just sits as pending. Shame really but if they're no longer going to pay cashback they should be removed.

Always tracks but takes ages to pay. I still have pending cashbacks dated back to August 2019. Merchant is ok.

For some reason Sainsbury's cashback has simply stopped since August, it just sits in my account 'pending' but it never seems to clear anymore. Not sure what has happened!

Tracks, however hasn’t paid any cashback since the end of August. Used to pay in about 6 weeks. Now exceeds 21 weeks.

All of the transactions I've made since August are still pending for cashback. It's also extremely inconvenient having to check out on a computer rather than a mobile device.

I think I've worked out that they reject you for using a coupon - however, 99% of my coupons are their vouchers they have awarded me for substituting my item for something more expensive!!!!! Total joke :(

Latest cash back offer states will not be honoured if made my mobile, iPad or tablet device. So pretty much most online methods of ordering?

Avoid. I have made three purchases, non have paid out. It's all too complicated, the rules on using Sainsburys own coupons are misleading, if you pay by partly by Nectar points that doesn't count, only two out of three orders tracked one was declined and the other shows payable at £0.00.
