Very disappointed with Sainsbury's. As a new customer with Topcashback and then a new customer with Sainsbury's I thought I was getting a great deal. £15 cashback towards my first order, this never appeared. I was informed by Topcashback that Sainsbury's do not except claims to look into missing cashback. I found this amazing that Sainsbury's has no accountability. Be very careful when using and no guarantee of the cashback. Thanks.
