5 stars all round. Had to submit a manual claim for the cashback, but this was resolved very quickly. Had a two night stay, Premier Breakfast is very good, hotel was clean and well kept. Price was excellent also. Recommended!

Excellent. Have used Premier Inn a couple of times now through this site. Cashback tracked, confirmed and paid promptly. Hotel clean & customer service excellent. Would recommend.

Not sure if Whitbred are having problems with their online payment process. Tried 3 different cards and get "Failed Transaction" every time, same thing happened when I tried last week too. Even a friend who tried booking online over a month ago had the same problem.
Had to telephone to make a booking so no cashback here!

nothing tracked in 4 months ,contacted topcashback who are waiting for a reply from retailer ,a waste of time ,topcashback could do better and should DO more as its the cash back site so why sooooooooooooo long.
QUESTION TO TOP CASH BACK.
WOULD ANOTHER CASHBACK SITE TREAT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND MAKE THEM WAIT ?????????

The problem with Premier Inn (in London) is that you're paying 4 star prices for a budget hotel, but you know what you're getting at least.
