What is the point of this retailer being on here if none of the claims are tracking? This gives a poor impression of both TCB and Premier Inn. Not impressed, please remove the retailer from the offers if you are not prepared to pay the claims.

Complete waste of time. Put through several bookings and none have tracked. Was suspicious when saw that claims could not be filed so I had a feeling none would track. Should be removed.

TWO BOOKINGS IN THE PAST THREE WEEKS - NEITHER TRACKED. NO ABILITY TO CHASE. VERY VERY POOR. SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM CASHBACK SITE. MISREPRESENTATION!

Premier Inn have paid cashback before but it looks as if they are taking a break this time! And TCB won't chase it. Shame. I also booked Ibis hotels at the same time as Premier Inn and they tracked ok with no problem.

Despite tracking OK, Premier Inn has refused to pay my cashback. I see that Top Cashback won't chase up missing payments for Premier Inn, so I'm obviously not the only person this has happened to.

We enjoyed our stay here at Premier Inn, Newcastle-under-Lyme - the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The Taybarns restaurant attached did a good variety of food for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful both in the Premier Inn itself and in the restaurant (where the chef made me some very overcooked bacon, the way I like it, specially at my request). Would recommend this particular Premier Inn without any hesitation - and we will be going back, as it's the closest to our son's university. As regards the cashback, the transaction was logged and cashback paid very smoothly and in good, timely fashion.
