Spent over £200 on accommodation but transaction didn't track. Topcashback are useless as they say they can't chase missing transactions with this company; so basically "tough luck". Next time I'll use another hotel instead. Congratulations Premier Inn, you just lost a customer!

A big thumbs down to Premier Inn. On booking a room recently, I was offered a voucher for £10 off my next stay. Hidden in the small pint of the offer is the notification that agreeing to accept would result in my credit card being charged each month. In my opinion, this type of advertising is misleading, and shame upon Premier Inn for permitting it.

Stayed at Premier just outside of Ipswich. Lovely pub/restaurant next door for evening meals and the breakfasts at Premier, were good value. Quiet location and a good base for exploring the area.

I booked this accomodation in May, for a three night stay in August. After reading other reviews I didn't really expect to recieve anything. But when I checked a week after my return it had gone from pending to payable. I'm more than pleased with the prompt payment, would not have expected it to be confirmed before my stay anyway.

One purchase out of two has not tracked probably as I booked these two separate bookings during the same visit to the retailer from TCB. May need to log out of premier inn and TCB, clear cookies re-login and revisit merchant in future to get cashback for a second transaction. Silly that we have to do this. Dissapointing as you can't log missing CB claims for this merchant either.
