AVOID! I have booked twice & paid in advance. No Cashback and Topcashback has been unhelpful. Queries to Topcashback simply met with "CASHBACK NOT GUARANTEED". While I understand that, merchants like this should be removed as it is a scam. Disgraceful.

Four seperate stays at Premier Inn. All tracked initially but all ended up with zero payable. Topcashback state they don't deal with issues with this retailer so it seems it's Premier Inn being a little cheeky!

Really simple to claim cashback and pays out mostly on time.
If you are making more than one reservation you need to retrace the steps through Topcashback or only the first booking will track.

So surprised to see the positive comments about cashback for this retailer. Our booking was in April and I AM STILL WAITING for them to even confirm my cashback. My order was never tracked and i'm still waiting for them to look into my enquiry. Won't bother again, much better experience with Travelodge.

Well for all the previous negative comments (including my own) about not getting the cashback from Premier Inn, it appears they have finally started to pay. I stay with Premier Inn almost every week for business and all of my 'backed up' cashbacks for them have jumped from being pending straight through to payable over the last two weeks and all my recent bookings with them also track and pay very quickly.

Good provider but you can do better for food in their restaurants and some locations are better than other providers, overall good but disabled accessibility can vary - Please check individual sites directly.
