I was going to go through topcashback to book my Premier Inn room but using the topcashback link I went to a Premier Inn site that told me the cheapest room was £200 when in fact I knew the cheapest room was £99 because I already had their web page open. So topcashback would've cost me an extra £100 and all to get 1% back!!

Premier Inn really are a cut above stayed with them many many many times and never had any major issues room always clean and staff always friendly , cash back always tracks and pay out fast

Booked well in advance of my stay, "cashback" didn't track so I tried to lodge a missing cashback claim, only to find that I can't do that until after my stay. Now I've completed my stay, it turns out you can't claim for a booking made more than 100 days ago. So, having booked my hotel early, I now can't claim my cashback. Absolute disgrace. Nothing against Premier Inn, our hotel was fine. But the whole failure to track and then restrictions on when you can claim is very misleading. Will not waste my time using TopCashBack again.

Booked saver room and paid in full. Cashback showed straight away. Ended up not going because car broke down. Cashback then rejected! Don't understand why cashback should be declined because of this as I had paid in full at the time of booking!
Because of their unwillingness to even discuss this I will not be using premier Inn in future and suggest others do the same!

Cashback payable on the day we booked out - 3 days after initial booking - super fast - if only all merchants paid up as quickly as Premier Inn!
Shame the cashback rate wasn't a bit better though.

Tracked immediately and became payable the day after we booked out. Love Premier Inns - you know what to expect and the staff are amazingly well trained and customer focussed. My favourite people are at Ipswich North (Claydon). 7 of us just stayed there - one in a wheelchair, one on crutches! Can't recommend highly enough,

Lodged a missing cash back claim which is shoddy from Premier Inn for not registering it in the first place. Premier Inn then go and reply saying they won't be paying it anyway. I will now be taking my complaint with Premier Inn further. Do not book with this, you will not receive cash back.

Cashback did not track despite following the correct procedure. Lodged a claim with Topcashback and this was submitted to Premier Inn. The claim was declined for 'not following Terms and Conditions'. I followed all T&C's as far as I am aware - didn't use any voucher codes, paid for in full and completed the stay. Disappointing. However, the stay at Premier Inn itself was great and, as always, Topcashback provide excellent customer service. Don't count on cashback from this merchant!

It tracked ok for a year until Premier Inn decided to decline the claim, with no reason given. It's a shame. The hotels are nice enough, but I won't trust them with cashback again.

I've now booked 3 times with Premier Inn through TCB and have yet to receive any cash despite paying for (and completing!) my stays. One failed to track, one tracked but failed to pay, the last is awaiting confirmation. They declined one payment saying it didn't meet their terms and conditions (something I always review before I book). A poor experience overall, which is a shame as I generally consider that Premier Inns are good value.

DO NOT BOTH GOING THOUGHT TOP CASHBACK
as you can see they are not paying out with no come back as you can see this has become very common (and becomes very annoying!!)
Cashback refused months later ON two bookings no cashback received from Premier Inn. Reason given as not meeting terms and conditions with no explanation. I am certain that all the terms and conditions were met and as we had to pay for the rooms in advance. Not impressed.
