This was a good hotel experience but the cashback was not tracked. Apparently the terms were not met but all I did was re-direct from Topcashback as normal. Compare this with 100% tracking from Holiday Inn and Travelodge.

I have used TCB for over 3 years so I know how it works and this is my first cashback denied in that time. Cashback was not tracked and after TCB chased it, I got the following useless response from Premier Inn: “Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant”. Do not trust Premier Inn on honouring cashback.

I like their product but they are crooks when it comes to Cashback!! I clearly followed the instructions and indeed copied / pasted for my records which I have retained. No cashback! Topcashback chased and got this useless response from them....“Did not meet terms and conditions set by merchant”.

booked 4 nights with premier last october-great motels-no cashback and also beware that they charge you a seperate credit card fee for each different motel although booked all at same time

great place to stay. current favourite - Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow. fantastic location . great hotel. ready to book another short break. cashback tracked and paid within target. great all round

Purchased a stay in early 2012 for a November break. Ok you get your cashback 12 weeks after stay. Have been waiting for ages and now it has gone through as £0.00,poor. Hotel was excellent but cashback none existant.Avoid.

Cashback tracked quickly and correctly, then changed to zero payable 5 months later. Don't book Premier Inn just for the cashback!

No Cash Back received!!!! Booked in advance for a party of 8 as we were going to a Wedding. Purchase was recorded in TCB but when it was time to pay Premier Inn rejected and as this was an advance booking we are unable to raise a claim with TCB as it has to be within 100 days of purchase. Should have gone to the Marriott!!!

Cashback was 10% as it was an airport hotel on a promo. Was meant to be uplifted to 10% after the stay, but was only ever uplifted to 5%. Has moved to payable now (very fast, like that) but is still at only 5% which is disappointing...

Website clearly stated 5.05% cashback however my booking did not track and now I have been advised that this merchant does not honour any claims. I would book another Premier Inn hotel since my stay was excellent but I am slightly disappointed that they have not accepted my valid claim.

Stayed at premier inn in August 2012 Although I went through cashback site no cashback was recieved. BEWARE Small print on site says top cash back wont submit missing claims to this company!!

Had a weekend stay at their Hull West hotel. It was great, no complaints whatsoever. If you don't mind their colour theme, its actually good value for monney and it was worth double what I paid. Thank you Premier Inns, will be back. The cashback tracked day after booking, and confirmed a week after completed stay. Thank you.

Two bookings and 7 months later no cashback received from Premier Inn. Reason given as not meeting terms and conditions with no explanation. Yet, I am certain that all the terms and conditions were met. Not impressed.

Hi everyone, first TCB review :D Got to admit that when I saw the Premier Inn reviews on here, I was quite sceptical that I would see anything of it. But clicked through and booked via Premier Inn website as I was going to be staying anyway - so nothing to loose. So I was quite pleasantly surprised that not only have my end November / beginning December bookings all become payable already, my January bookings have all also tracked and confirmed too.. So for me at least, it's all working fine with no problems - and I will continue to use

Support ticket for untracked cashback has remained open and ignored since May 2012. What's the point of Premier Inn being on here?

Cashback not tracking! In July 2012 I booked three weekend stays for Oct, Nov, and Dec 2012. The cashback showed up on my account but wasn't payable, after the stays it eventually tracked as zero value. Because the booking was made so far in advance I can't lodge missing cashback claim - the time limit is 100 days.

Wanted to stay longer than the maximum nights you could book so had to do 2 seperate bookings & none of them tracked. When I tried to make a claim I was told that there was no cashback at the time of booking which was not the case as we are staying over weekends

Premier Inn have now stopped tracking and paying out on ones that did track. You can't even put in a missing cashback claim. Avoid going through topcashback when booking these !

Cashback didn't track and TopCashback are unable to submit a manual claim which is very disappointing. My stay was excellent though, the hotel was lovely.
