Two weekend bookings were made and neither of them tracked and apparently TCB are not able to accept Missing Commission Claims if the transactions are not tracked. So there is no enquiry process and no redress - pointless and extremely disappointing! It would be better if Premier Inn weren't on the site at all!!

Cashback hes tracked every time for me HOWEVER watch out for this flaw in the site ..... If you make a booking and want to make more than one , go off the site and back on through Topcashback for each booking. If you dont do this the only booking that will track is the first one.

Rubbish - another none tracked transaction. Premier Inn need to be removed from the site. Likely paying an advertising fee, eh topcashback?? Meanwhile fleecing customers. Sharp practice and a pity TCB are ignoring this.

Cashback did not track and was unable to submit a missing cashback claim. It would be helpful to know WHY? Also had problems with Premier Inn for Customer Service. Good advert. Bad service

LOVE Premier Inns as a product BUT - NO CASHBACK HERE- I had hoped it would track after the stay, but alas not. Remove them, Topcashback - they may do £29 rooms, but they're damaging your reputation (and theirs) by not coughing up what they've advertised. Rubbish :-/

While I am happy with the services Premier Inn supply, I am very unhappy they didn't track regarding cashback. I wouldn't have booked with them, I would have gone with Holiday Inn instead, who have always tracked and are just as good as Premier Inn. P I will lose customers, I for one won't be using them until they start tracking people's stays. I will be watching future testimonials with interest. Please TCB, have a word with them, show these testimonials to them and lets get some fair play here.

WHAT CAN I SAY?? THE BEDS ARE GREAT, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN. WE USE PREMIER INN FOR BUSINESS AND CANT ALWAYS BOOK 14 DAYS AHEAD. THE PRICES VARY CONSIDERABLY DEPENDING ON WHICH PREMIERINN YOU STAY AT. WOULD BE NICE TO GET SOME CASHBACK, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE PAY BETWEEN £80-£100 A NIGHT. :-@

Great hotels, unacceptable cash back experience. TCB cannot help, Premier Inn won't (didn't even receive a reply from PI to my message). I've had complete confidence in TCB until now but TCB - you need to remove Premier Inn - they're damaging your reputation here!

Didn't track. Rubbish. TCB is an excellent site and I have had no problems before with other merchants. By the look of things I'm not the only one with this complaint regarding Premier Inn. This is a shame because the hotel I stayed at was excellent and great value for money.

I have booked lots of rooms at Premiers Inns through TCB and never seen anything with regards to the promised cash back, I made two more bookings again last night and then to my utter surprise one of them has been put into my pending list!! Seems totally hit and miss but maybe, just maybe these payments might start being converted to cash back...only time will tell!! Personally I think TCB should remove Premier Inn from their site, as it is damaging the good service that TCB offer. If Premier Inn are not going to bother to pay as promised then why the hell should they get the free advertising from this site?

Didnt track , wasnt expecting it after reading previous comments . TCB should get a written undertaking from companies that they will honour cashback , otherwise its just FREE publicity Premier Inn . RUBBISH !
