	placed an order in September 2013 tracked back ok £6.30, but after a few weeks went to £0.00, raised a manual claim but still declined,(23/01/2014), so will not be using them ever again, BE CAREFUL of these NON-PAYERS of any cash back, BE WARNED.

	this tracked at full amount and then after a month it disapeared, got tcb to track, it appeared again then went again, the service ocado offer is excellent, have used them a few times since, just never gona see me cashback

	THIS MERCHANT WILL MOST LIKELY NOT PAY CASHBACK. Having waited 2 months for cashback the amount has been reset to zero. If you read the reviews carefully you will see most other people have them same issue. Not sure why people give them 5 stars for cashback before receiving the money as this is very misleading for everybody. Its a shame as I would probably use Ocado again as they seem good value for money.

	Spent an hour adding groceries to my shopping cart, only to find that at the end of the process, the £20 off first shop voucher code on the topcashback website was not valid! Was also rather displeased with the minimum £90 spend and then the rather mirky £9.99 delivery charge (for delivery on 21st Dec). It's no surprise that Ocado has never made a profit. I cannot comment on the quality of the groceries because I cancelled my order.

	I used the topcashback link to order my first shop with Ocado. I found the whole experience very good, it offered a great delivery service. However after waiting since July for my missing cashback, I have now been told that it has been declined due to me 'using another marketing channel'. I ordered it using the link from top cashback, therefore am disappointed with the cashback service.

	Read some really good reports on HotUkDeals about Ocado so thought I would give it a try. Very impressed with the site, extremely easy to navigate and prices were excellent. The added bonus of cashback appeared within 24 hours and my order will be delivered tomorrow - perfect. Highly recommended.

	Declined cash back due to invalid claim, although the purchase met the requirements. Another £6.00 lost because the company doesn't want to pay out!

	Cashback tracked initially and then was declined by Ocado. I lodged a claim which resulted in "transaction has been identified as having gone on to use a different voucher from one of the merchants other marketing channels". I queried that as I clicked through from Topcashback , nowhere else and the response was " you intentionally or knowingly went through another channel. It usually means that something else has been recorded as being the referrer of your transaction. This does not even necessarily mean another cashback site, it can be anything from a search engine to a voucher code to a pop up window or anything like this." Not impressed!!! Also had problems with lots of items in my shop - will not use again.

	Not very good. made an order over £40. groceries arrived but cashback declined. Ocado is not reliable for Cashback.

	Declined cash back with no reason given. Disgusted wont be using them again. Delivery was late too.

	Just like other people, I'm unimpressed. First order placed on Feb 25th tracked fine at expected rate, and delivery was smooth. However, transaction later moved to £0.00 and I'm still waiting for a response to my claim. Note to Topcashback: merchants with a consistent record of non-payment should be removed from your site; they bring you into disrepute!

	Went onto Ocado and purchased as part of the Cashback on Offer. Order goods, had them delivered, no problems. However, they have cancelled / declined my cashback. Why. It's bad business. I wont go there again, there are more reliable and trustworthy sites out there!

	Cashback cancelled, even though all codes used were correct, will lodge claim. Will not shop with ocado again unless sorted, shame too as the delivery driver was so helpful and polite.

	Bought on 18Nov12, £8.08 cashback payable 25Mar13, 4 months to payment. Could be much better, However, the shopping experience with Ocado is excellent.

	Like many others, my cashback reverted to £0.00 after a few weeks. As a first time shopper with Ocado this has put me off ordering from them again. Also from some of the comments on here they charge extra for substitutions.
