	My first review on TopCashback since I joined in 2011, being the only negative cashback experience in these two months, during which I successfully received cashback from around 10 merchants. I used the tcb link to sign up, and used the link again to add groceries. I also used the link to pay because I wanted to make sure that it is tracked. Spent over £80 as a new customer to use the voucher and got the delivery quickly. Cashback was declined, and the missing claim ticket was declined, the reason being "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". Truly disappointing, given that Ocado was referred to me by a friend and their other aspects are very positive.

	A very deceptive merchant. I will never purchase from them again. I did everything right only for them to decline my cashback claim. Do not waste your time with them.

	Cash back was declined using the TCB voucher code. Not a great recommendation for either Ocado or TCB. I will certainly not be shopping with Ocado again. If you want your cash back honoured, avoid this merchant!

	Avoid this merchant if you actually want to receive your cash back. They will say an unauthorised code was used (which wasn't the case) and will decline your claim. Should have been paid £10 cash back. Will not shop with them again. Avoid!

	This is my first time I was declined the cashback. The explenation was "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". So I need to do something wrong when i push my mouse's button on "get the cashback" after over 20 paid cashbacks so far:)

	Tracked super quick at £6.30 but then went to 0 - despite me using the TCB new customer code it seems they have decided not to honour it - Delivery was late anyways so two reasons not to use them again

	I made my first purchase and wait for my cashback. Cashback amount was £0.00. I lodged a missing cashback claim and waited for 3 months. The outcome was declined from Ocado. Very Disappointed and not happy

	Avoid. Cashback went to Zero. Never got a penny. Don't shop just for cashback as you probably won't receive it!

	cash back claim has been declined with no clear reason, they just say it is not right, it is shame to hear reason like that, will not buy from them again!

	Waited months for the £9.00 expected cashback from this merchant after having to place a manual claim because it tracked incorrectly at £0.00 and now I have been told that my cashback has been declined even though I spent a lot of money with the merchant and it was my first grocery order and no voucher code was used! I will not be shopping with Ocado again and I have complained to Ocado regarding this matter.

	My cashback tracked at £6.30 then weeks later changed to £0.00, then changed to -£6.00 I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Topcashback were very quick to rectify the negative balance, which I was very pleased with. However, I was advised to raise a missing cashback claim for the £6.30. After reading all of the negative reviews I decided not to even bother. Topcashback remove Ocado from your website, they are dishonest!!

	Order placed last March. Claim launched in July 2013. February 2014 Ocado decline the cashback stating I did not adhere to the terms and conditions. Except, I did. Avoid like the PLAGUE.

	Mine cashback has just been delined. I was a genuine new customer placing my first order with Ocado for over £60. The reason given is "Did not meet terms and Conditions set by the merchant". Bad :(

	Spent an hour adding groceries to my shopping cart, only to find that at the end of the process, the £20 off first shop voucher code on the topcashback website was not valid! Was also rather displeased with the minimum £90 spend and then the rather mirky £9.99 delivery charge (for delivery on 21st Dec). It's no surprise that Ocado has never made a profit. I cannot comment on the quality of the groceries because I cancelled my order.
