This is my first time I was declined the cashback. The explenation was "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction". So I need to do something wrong when i push my mouse's button on "get the cashback" after over 20 paid cashbacks so far:)

Tracked super quick at £6.30 but then went to 0 - despite me using the TCB new customer code it seems they have decided not to honour it - Delivery was late anyways so two reasons not to use them again

I made my first purchase and wait for my cashback. Cashback amount was £0.00. I lodged a missing cashback claim and waited for 3 months. The outcome was declined from Ocado. Very Disappointed and not happy

I have to back up what some of the other reviewers have stated, seems Ocado like the extra business this clearly brings to them but don't like paying out. £6.30 it should have been and that number stayed there for about 2 weeks on my account before switching to 0.00. I know it was no fault at my end because I read additional info and followed it to the letter. Shame on you Ocado. It is sad they feel the need to do this because their service is good and food lovely.
