This Retailer from the reviews are shocking! Only £1.50 to get back not earth shattering but it all builds up! TCB need to look at these guys and remove them!!!

	Declined Cashback ?? Like most of the other customers have stated, Ocado have declined my cashback with no reason given, although I reached their criteria. Top Cashback should really look into this because it's false advertising!!

	Declined cashback Waste of time having them on here, they decline cash back despite advertising it for the first 5 shops then don’t offer it after those, looking at the current terms and conditions. Won’t use them again, other supermarkets do much better.

	Didn’t receive cashback Retailer denied cash back despite being eligible for it, my first one had been cancelled since only imagine my next 4 I have ordered through top cashback will be too. Very misleading and in my opinion should not be aloud to be on here!!

	Makes me loose trust in TopCashback Having merchants like Ocado on TopCashback, where you clearly met the cashback criteria but receive nothing, even after raising this with customer support, makes me question why I even use TopCashback. I'm clearly not the only one from reading these reviews. Disappointing.

	Refused claim Ocado refused cash back claim. All rules followed. Looking at other reviews, it seems a common theme with them. Of the orders we have placed over the past few months, delivery has been very good. Substitutes have been ok. However, missing (charged for) or damaged items has occurred on several orders.

	No intention of paying cashback AVOID!!! 1st time customer to Ocado used the offer on here for your 1st 5 shops and NEVER received my cashback. I opened a claim and Ocado refused and said I hadn't bought the correct items, what a load of rubbish!!! It was a food, household general shop consisting of all sorts over £100 spent. I've never come across such a diabolical company who fraudulently offer cashback with no intention of fulfilling. PLEASE AVOID, SHOULD BE BANNED FROM TOPCASHBACK!
