You got 0 from them on topcashback. Ridiculous.
On topcashback it says ocado Existing Customer can get Exclusive Offer 6% topcashback. But my every orders got 0, they declined all my submission. Ridiculous.

Two bills one over £100 I can't remember what cashback they must have been offering, anyway months later haven't rejected but have authorised £0.00. I don't understand why retailers join this programme if they don't want to pay the cashback.

Had order only thing to return is the bags they make us have .
Only cashback once as said must keep the plastic bags till next order.
so subsequent orders returned plastic bags (not wanted do not use with other stores)
they make you have them. Therefore no cashback.

Never works for me....If I could give zero stars I would...
I am yet to receive any cashback from Ocado, despite activating 3% on every online shop I do. Each time I place an Ocado order it shows at £0.00 payback and I have to lodge a claim EVERY TIME! Its so frustrating as I spend around £300 a month with Ocado which is good payout for me, so am beginning to feel no incentive to keep shopping there and will probably switch retailers soon. Any one else had this???
