	TopCashback 'approved' Ocado voucher declined by retailer. I agree with those TopCashback users who are disappointed to be had been declined a cashback despite meeting the cashback / purchase criteria. I too had diligently followed the cashback instructions, used the TopCashback approved vouchers for this retailer (as stated on this website) and yet, the retailer declined my cashback quoting "unauthorised discount, promo, voucher or offer was used on this order". I don't understand why TopCashback provides the 'approved' vouchers for this retailer in first place when the retailer doesn't recognise them and declines the cashback because of the use of the 'approved' voucher. Cashback aside, my shopping experience with Ocado was good. No issues with my orders. I would definitely shop with them again but will not bother using TopCashback following my experience with the declined cashback.

	Scam Doesn't track your purchase, then when you put in a claim they make you wait months before they deny the claim saying you used an unauthorised promo/voucher. The thing is, I didn't use any vouchers, but I did ask for a refund on the bags as I do not need plastic bags and unfortunately, they do not give you the option at the time of placing the order to choose not to have them. An absolute scam!

	Not tracked and slow response Purchase late November not tracked. Only found this out late February, and made an untracked purchase claim. It has still taken two months more for it to become payable. This seems to be the norm for every purchase with every retailer (with one exception).

	No more cashback for regulars declines cashback when you applies says 4.25 for existing customers however if u see fine print at bottom says no cashback after 5th purchase please mention this clearly on top and not hidden in T&Cs .Clickbait much!

	very slow cashback New customer starting their online delivery. Tracking is quick and accurate but payable cycle is 13 weeks?! Will see what would happen.

	Waste of everyone's time and effort Missing transaction claim returned as "Non commissionable". Been doing this long enough to follow the rules to get cashback. I think they're using returned bags as a reason to not pay out. What a waste of time.

	Really misleading cashback limit This retailer only provides cashback upto the first 6 shops. After which all subsequent cashback is declined. It doesn't mention this anywhere on the site. I would've taken my business elsewhere if I'd have known.

	NO CASHBACK Followed the correct procedure and was told purchase was "non-commissionable". Silly reasons given. Looking at the feedback on TCB it appears that Ocado only give cashback to new customers as there are loads of complaints here... Not pleased.

	Waste of time Purchased on at least 5 separate occasions as a new customer and they declined all the cashback amounts. Don't expect to get anything.

	had 3 transactions declined! had 3 transactions declined when I have done nothing wrong and went through TCB! Will not use again as Ocado is a rip off anyway, only used for the free delivery for 3 months!

	Slow to pay, problems claiming, Frequently use Ocado. Disappointed as I have only been able to submit first two claims due then the option to choose date on claim page won't work. Those two claims go back four months but still no response from retailer. Another point is they only reward new customers, not loyalty which is never a good thing in my book.

	Cashback is never paid I frequently shop with Ocado. The majority of the time the cashback doesn't even register in my account, and the times that it does it's payable as £0.00. Lodging a claim doesn't work as I get an error message that claims can't be lodged with this merchant. I managed to get cashback from one purchase by contacting CashBack customer service and they manually added it for me. Seems to be an inherent problem with Ocado.

	Never receieve cashback I have used Top Cashback three times with Ocado and have never recieved the cashback. I have lodged dispute but nothing seems to happen.
