	I ordered for the first time. The delivery was smooth. However, I did not receive the cashback as advertised. I submitted a missing cashback claim and it was refused.

	Cashback declined due to 'Voucher code used'...but the site says 'Use these voucher codes and still get cashback for a double saving'...

	I've ordered large quantity of same product and I got all of them . No missing items and no need of substitute, therefore happy customer. Highly recommend. Cashback tracks without problem.

	Avoid. Cashback went to Zero. Never got a penny. Don't shop just for cashback as you probably won't receive it!

	Cashback initially tracked but went down to 0. Just like others have said. It's probably a good idea to look at the recent reviews of the merchant as Topcashback shows the top reviews at the top by default.

	Should have paid out £6 cashback , but registered as £0.00. Top cashback chasing, but not looking hopeful. Problems with four other top cashback merchants at the moment.

	cash back claim has been declined with no clear reason, they just say it is not right, it is shame to hear reason like that, will not buy from them again!

	As per other comments. T&Cs adhered to, yet despite initially tracking, cashback drops to zero. I do wonder why some companies even bother offer cashback.

	Waited months for the £9.00 expected cashback from this merchant after having to place a manual claim because it tracked incorrectly at £0.00 and now I have been told that my cashback has been declined even though I spent a lot of money with the merchant and it was my first grocery order and no voucher code was used! I will not be shopping with Ocado again and I have complained to Ocado regarding this matter.

	Cashback not logged. manual claim made. it was later refused due to terms and conditions not met.....? to me that sounds like you have met terms and conditions so therefore we aint giving you cashback cause its to much money to offer in the first place, it was just used to hook and line you in. Waste of time not worth the disappoint of having £6+ refused. Wont even shop with them anymore. The whole point of shopping with other supermarket providers is to save a buck and to know you've had a good deal.

	Placed an order on 21 Jan 2014 tracked back ok £6.30, But after a few weeks went to £0.00, Raised a manual claim but still declined, due to “Did not meet Terms and Conditions set by merchant”.(24/03/2014), so will not be using them ever again, be careful of these non-payers of any cash back, be warned.

	Perfect transaction and payment on schedule. Their prices are very good and although I'm not a avid on-line shopper, I shall certainly use Ocado again and have already recommended them to friends. The delivery driver was a delight!!

	My cashback tracked at £6.30 then weeks later changed to £0.00, then changed to -£6.00 I couldn't believe what I was seeing! Topcashback were very quick to rectify the negative balance, which I was very pleased with. However, I was advised to raise a missing cashback claim for the £6.30. After reading all of the negative reviews I decided not to even bother. Topcashback remove Ocado from your website, they are dishonest!!

	Order placed last March. Claim launched in July 2013. February 2014 Ocado decline the cashback stating I did not adhere to the terms and conditions. Except, I did. Avoid like the PLAGUE.

	Mine cashback has just been delined. I was a genuine new customer placing my first order with Ocado for over £60. The reason given is "Did not meet terms and Conditions set by the merchant". Bad :(
