If I could give no stars I would. Did everything I was supposed to but cashback not paid.... Same with other things I've bought through here.... This was recommended to me but seems a waste of time

Total con!! If I could give zero stars I would. Cash back declined stating the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction. only used tcb link. Def will not use again

Complete and utter waste of time! No cashback on an order of over £70, as they are unable to find the transaction. I have supplied all of the information that was on my account order, confirmation and delivery note. Useless! I shall not and have not used them again. Incompetent fools!

Shame I cant issue a minus score. I placed my first (and last!) shop with Ocado in June 2015, it registered with all the correct info, but then tracked at £0.00. After four plus months, customer services are still having a battle to get the money promised and conveniently, Ocado are unable to locate or validate my order information, which is strange seeing as I still have all the email and order details! Untrustworthy company and shouldn't offer cashback if they are not going to honour it! I will definitely not be using their services again and have advised others that if they do, then it is at their risk.
