Shockingly poor service from Ocado in general. firstly, they didn't acknowledge my cashback (from 2 years ago) and secondly, the service I actually received when I got my shopping was terrible. Where they substituted items they charged me extra (rather than price matched) and were quite rude on the phone. Why use Ocado when you can use Waitrose direct and get the Waitrose/John Lewis level of customer service?

As with other recent reviews, cashback on first purchase tracked fine for several weeks. It's now been zero'd and processed as payable. Will be filing a claim with TCB, but this doesn't look good for Ocado.

"New Customer" cashback offer tracked initially and then declined a month later after a £250 spend. Wouldn't use this merchant if you are counting on receiving the cashback....

Sort the reviews in date order and a worrying trend emerges. Every recent reviewer has experienced major problems with cash back not being paid/withdrawn. One would hope Ocado monitors the feedback on here...

My order on the 28th October for £140.59 and still no cash back! it is showing that I have been to Ocado but nil in the amount. So unfair as this was my first order. I won't be coming back for more. Cashback were supposed to be looking inot it too but I have heard nothing.

The promised £8.08 cashback tracked quickly. Had been really impressed until merchant elected to decline cashback a few days later. From reading these reviews it would seem I'm not alone. I've lodged my Missing Cashback Claim. Not at all happy. Ocado won't be getting any more of my custom until this is resolved...

Tracked quickly, but then withdrew the payment within a couple of weeks. Don't know why. As a new customer I expected the cashback advetised (£8.10). Have lodged a claim. They keep sending emails with further offers. Will NOT be using them again!

Ocado is great. So easy to use, great value and with a really wide range of produce (some of it particularly interesting and unusual - not just the normal stuff you find in the supermarket). I shall certainly continue to shop with the retailer.

I was a new customer last Novenber and expected £7.50 cashback. Ocado have now declined the cashback stating I used an invalid discount code. The code I used was valid !!

Very disappointing, originally tacked at promotional rate of £6 but then changed to £0 for no apparent reason. I'm surprised at Ocado - normally I'd rate their service butu don't use for cashback, it doesn't work.

No cashback, even though I qualified as a first-time customer, no information given as to why they wouldn't award cashback, products over-priced, only positive about them is the nice friendly delivery driver! Won't be using again...EVER!
