Ocado declined cashback probably because i used a money coupon but that was not indicated so they should have paid very poor.

they made an excuse that they couldnt link the transaction directly to TCB as they dont want to pay, they have done it with few of my friends too though we all linked to Ocado site straight from TCB. they are just not good enough to honour their cash back deal. i wont shop with them online any more..

This my first online grocery shopping, the code is amazing(50 off 80 and even better.. plus 7.73 cashback!!!!), the food is great, delivery is on time and ...I love the delivery guy..lol..so handsome!!

Used £20 voucher code advertised on Ocado site - it had expired. Complained, got told "as a gesture we'll give you a £15 one". Arrived 15 minutes late, wanted to explain receipt in great detail - despite my saying he'd already made me late. Badly packed (heavy stuff on top of crisps, cleaning products in with food). Lots of advertising in bags, lots of spam and phone calls.

Excellent service by Ocado, everything explained by the delivery driver and you get a brilliant itemised list of what you have ordered. Everything is delivered in colour coded bags to help you when putting the shopping away and they list fresh items in "use by" date order to help you plan your meals throughout the week. Fantastic!
