	they made an excuse that they couldnt link the transaction directly to TCB as they dont want to pay, they have done it with few of my friends too though we all linked to Ocado site straight from TCB. they are just not good enough to honour their cash back deal. i wont shop with them online any more..

	cash back not paid due to using a £20 off voucher on a £40 shop, I would presume this is why the cash-back did not pay out :(

	Never used Ocado before - excellent service Then cash back change from £7.72 to payable £0.00 Awaiting to hear from TCB. BE AWARE you may not get any cash back from this site!!

	ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! This my first online grocery shopping, the code is amazing(50 off 80 and even better.. plus 7.73 cashback!!!!), the food is great, delivery is on time and ...I love the delivery guy..lol..so handsome!! must recommend it to everyone!

	Tracked quickly but at £0, and it refused to let me use the new customer offer of £20 off a £80 or more shop, so fairly disappointing really. TCB have failed to follow up.

	Used £20 voucher code advertised on Ocado site - it had expired. Complained, got told "as a gesture we'll give you a £15 one". Arrived 15 minutes late, wanted to explain receipt in great detail - despite my saying he'd already made me late. Badly packed (heavy stuff on top of crisps, cleaning products in with food). Lots of advertising in bags, lots of spam and phone calls.

	Excellent service by Ocado, everything explained by the delivery driver and you get a brilliant itemised list of what you have ordered. Everything is delivered in colour coded bags to help you when putting the shopping away and they list fresh items in "use by" date order to help you plan your meals throughout the week. Fantastic!
