Have used M&S quite alot over the past few months, always tracks quickly and pays out reasonably quick, orders from October already payable, order from November payable in a few day, hopefully... considering it is only just over 3% CB, we have over £22 CB pending, this tells me "her in doors" is enjoying it a bit too much!!!! :)

very poor on m&s online and call centre help desk payment side - cannot enter start date of card, help desk placed order and said reserved items have been sent ....waiting days found out again they did not procede with order as they (m&s) could not proces order as card start date cannot be placed!as christmas present ....now cancellled will never use M&S again on web site ....lost order and repeat custum.
